One clearly only knew how to construct a traditional, cookie cutter loft bed. We wanted something wall to wall in a maid's room. Max not only did a great job but was extremely responsive and professional. Staff are willing to help if you can flag one down. Why the 3 star review? These folks just can't seem to get the checkout lines sorted out. The lines routinely wrap around the entire place, sometimes with a 45 minute wait or more. It's so bad that we strategically choose when to go here: middle of the day on a weekday; first thing in the morning when they open on a weekend; inclement weather; anything to avoid the horrible lines.
