The answering machine picked up after what felt like 100 rings and it said: for faster service contact us through What's App and gave the phone #. I messaged them. No response. I call the What's App #. No response. So I call again today. Still no answer but the machine says to look for their 'daily hours' on their Instagram page. I can't find the hours but I sent them a message on that site and for a brief moment, the hours appear and it states they should have been open all the times I was calling and messaging and showing up at their door. Well after being extremely frustrated, I decided to move on and shop elsewhere. Of course, as I am pulling up to another store, they finally reached out and said they will be open at 12pm. Too late. I shouldn't have to chase you down to give you business. And this would have been a very expensive order! Do you just open up random hours or when you feel like it? As I walked in, I was stunned how much stuff they had in the store. Furniture types included couches, tables, dining sets, chairs, shelves, showcases, bedsheets, blankets and towels. Most of these products had sale on them, anywhere between 10%-50% off. The store also had additional 20% off. Despite those discounts, the prices were way high for me. But I saw a lot of the furnitures had hold order on them, meaning people were actually buying plenty of products from here. Several staff members were available around the floor helping out customers. The whole store was mostly clean and tidy but around the bedding section, it was messy as people were checking the inventory of bedsheets, blankets and towels.
