Recently, my boyfriend recovered one of his uncle's old vintage posters of the Jimi Hendrix Experience from the 60's in an attic. It was practically torn to shreds, horribly creased, and incredibly delicate. It felt like it was going to disintegrate if you even touched it. I asked Pablo if he would be able to flatten it, mount it, and place it in a matted frame as a gift for my boyfriend. I didn't have very high hopes given the condition the poster was in, but we discussed the project and Pablo totally understood the vision. I'm so glad I trusted him because it turned out just perfect. I couldn't believe that they were able to restore it so beautifully, and the matting and framing on top of that is just right. My boyfriend was blown away. It's a very special piece to us, and something that will last a lifetime. Thanks to Pablo and the team at right angle framing for such wonderful work.

I needed a one week turnaround on a custom frame job for a birthday gift and the owner (Jan) assured me she could deliver. The selection of frame and matting was painless and the piece itself was artistically and professionally done as promised. Very pleased with the work -- as was the recipient. Note that a Yelp check-in gets you a 10% discount on your first order -- also noted on the Yelp business page. My only quibble with the service (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is the manner in which the Yelp discount was applied in my case. I didn't check in on Yelp until I was almost out the door after having paid a deposit. Once I mentioned it, Jan told me she already gave me the discount. How could she have known to give me a Yelp discount if I had not yet checked in on Yelp?? I did not dicker about the pricing (north of $200 for a single mat and basic frame) because I needed a quick turnaround and was in a rush. But if I had it to do over again -- I would have paid closer attention to the quoted price BEFORE agreeing to it -- and only then mention the Yelp check-in so that the discount could be applied before paying the deposit. At pick up -- Jan gave me an additional discount on account of the Yelp check-in snafu which was entirely her initiative -- and which I felt was fair. As I am fully satisfied with the work and the value received I enthusiastically recommend Jan and FRAMED for all your framing needs. You will not be disappointed.

A very small and very simple job that Ms. Susan said would take no more than 2 weeks to complete, (the very 1st lie)! Ms. Susan said the cost would be $540 (I have the receipt for it) and she will include on one of them a reflective glass cover because it is "CHEAP" and because it was done on paper! One week later she calls me with a now new price of $940 due to an overnight rise in material cost. ( A total B.S. if you ask me, but I decided to bite the bullet and still remain.) Fast forward two and a half months later and no phone call EVER, not once that the items are done. I called her and she said "oh all is done where have you been I texted you", (another total lie, as she never once tried to reach me, but rather forgot or just didn't give a shit.) Once I went to pick up the items it all came together. She massacred my frames, there was no protective glass and she LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! She was combative, rude and inappropriate when addressing me, to the point where I just walked out as I couldn't be as ignorant as she was, not possible to out speak her or to get a word in, SHE KNOWS BEST, NOT!!!
