I started buying Precious Moments in the 80's & loved collecting them. They were originally supposed to be a valuable collectible & I have well over 1000. I no longer have room to house that wide a collection & now they are impossible to sell due to overproduction instead of limiting quantities to make the price more sustainable. You can now buy them at garage sales & thrift stores for a few dollars at best, when they were originally as high as over $100 each. Shame on Enesco for destroying a once valuable collection that I had hoped would retain its value. I still display over 100 of my most priced ones from family & my late husband, but I now have totes filling my garage that I have no hopes of ever being able to sell. read more
