I would recommend brides stay FAR AWAY from this company…read more (Let me preface with, I am a maid of honor speaking on behalf of my sister, the bride). Everything was fine at first. The bride loved what she saw at the bridal expo we went to, first interactions went great, she really seemed to understand what my sister wanted as far as her invitations for her big day. Then things took a turn. The proof for the invitation came with mistakes. Okay, I get it, everyone is human and mistakes are made. My sister sent a few emails to try and get the mistakes corrected, which they were, but not without attitude. Fast forward to addressing invitations. My sister felt uncomfortable continuing conversations with this woman because of her attitude so I took over to help her out. I was told by this woman that this was a good idea because (and I quote!) "your sister is approaching what we call, in the wedding industry, "the melt down phase." I sincerely hope she doesn't speak that way to her brides as my sister was not very happy hearing that was said about her. She was not "melting down" she was frustrated and worried about her invitations. Invitations are now done. We decide to just put them all together and address them ourselves because we don't want to deal with this company any more than we had to. My sister and mother (who was paying for the invitations) go pick up the invitations. My mother shared her feelings with this woman just because we are upset with our experiences. The conversation ensued as so: My mother: "you're the worst person we've had to deal with." This woman: "So was your daughter. " Omg, what?! How unprofessional!!! I don't care if you think that about a person, that should not be said to paying customers. My family and I are absolutely appalled!

She offered a 2nd option, which would have cost addt'l money than what I already paid, so I decided not to opt for plan b. When I asked for a refund - she blatantly told me she was not refunding my money even though she didn't provide the product I ordered. Not only did she refuse to refund my money, she was rude and pushy! I was appalled by her attitude. If anyone had the right to be upset it was me............I'm the bride!

Officemax - Closing down.

This Office Max is sadly situated in a dying strip mall in the old Spring Hill Fashion Corner. I'm…read moretruly suprised that it continues to hang on. There is more human activity in a morgue than in this particular Office Max. The other day, I needed a few office supplies so I did some price comparison shopping on their website and then drove over to the store to pick up items I needed. My company goes through so much paper, I should buy my own forest. We probably print 30,000 pages a month so I am always looking for good deals on boxes of paper. As a MaxPerks member, they were recently offering boxes of Boise paper for $30 with a $30 MaxPerks reward. In the end, the paper is free. Great deal there. Then I grabbed a 6 pack of plastic paper trays. Their website advertised that if you buy one pack of paper trays, you get the second pack at 50% off. So I take two packs of paper trays to the counter to be rung up. The rather large hispanic girl at the counter promptly rang the items up at full price. When I mentioned the sale that was posted to their website, she flippantly stated that the store doesn't honor sales posted to the website. Fine then. I promptly told her where she could stick her paper trays and I left. Going forward, my company will be doing all of its office supply shopping at Staples. On principle alone, Office Max is off the list of approved vendors. I'm usually pretty good at pointing out businesses that are dying and I'm going to say that this Office Max has 6 months left. One year tops.

When we met with her to see the rough draft, we assumed that was the time to make some modifications in font choices and design. Wow were we wrong. Instead she snapped at us and scolded us during the rest of the appointment over any changes we wanted made. The final products were so-so. For all of the stress working with her brought, it was definitely not worth it. I wish we would have either spent a little more money to go somewhere else with someone not so rude to her clients, or just made them ourselves and printed them at FedEx. Update: Per Kasey's comment below, a full refund was offered. Unfortunately that was not the case, otherwise we gladly would have taken it.

One of my customers, quite well-known in jewelry circles, mentioned that Kasey (the owner) , had planned her daughters' very elegant Chicago wedding for close to 300 people from all over, keeping her eye on the budget agreed upon, while fulfilling their very exacting wish list. I had seen some of the impressive photos & called Kasey to see what we she could come up with for a business anniversary VIP appreciation event, for a group of 50. The invitations really set the perfect tone, & Kasey followed through with some wonderful ideas for decor, music, food, & all the other lovely details that I probably would not have thought of... and all tied in perfectly with the rest of our company brand & made our best customers feel appreciated, while staying right on the budget. All of us brick & mortar businesses have to compete with the internet these days, but those online businesses just can't show the love and care we have for our customers.... and as a client of dBy, I could not be more pleased with the care & professionalism that made our event so exquisite and memorable! You made me & my company look fantastic... & I will be calling you about the branding topics we discussed!!(She's not just for weddings, folks!!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!! & just WOW!!!
