Before Freeman was purchased by Superior, we didn't have any glitches, but since then, it is impossible to reach customer service and on 2 occasions they only filled one of the two tanks and most recently let the tanks run so low that we called 5x to make sure they are coming. On 3 calls, I waited on hold for 2 hours and left my call back number, with no return call. Life is too short to work with a company that won't answer the phone and doesn't live up to its commitments.
