I should note that they no called, no showed a few times before actually coming out. They did not come out until April to replace these parts, rescheduling several times after consistent nagging from me. They will not answer the phone and only correspond over text (if they even respond). After we finally got them to come out, they demanded payment less than 24 hours from completing services and before I even had the chance to validate work had been done (it was a holiday weekend, and we were out of town). They were very persistent in their effort to collect payment, texting me multiple times a day and threatening to engage an attorney and then take a "mechanical lien" on the property (which isn't even a real thing). At this point, we'd tried to remit payment twice but there were issues on their end. all of that to say, I do not recommend this company. find someone else.

These men restored my chimney, showed exceptional patience with my landscapers (who were taking forever to turn on the water for them to pressure wash), and were a delight to be around. They even came back and worked me in after some logistical issues (which were my fault)! I wish I had more chimneys to clean so that I could employ them more often! Their work was worth every penny. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. Good selection of plants both for the garden and ornamentals for the lawn and good selection of indoor plants as well. A lot of hard to find varieties as well. We just moved to Denver NC which is only about 4 miles away. I started to see advertisements for fall cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussel Sprouts etc. Checked at Lowe's yesterday and they were sold out so I decided to drive over to Mikes. July and August were very hot and dry and it took a toll on Nurseries and Mikes was no exception. They as well as other Nurseries with the exception of Lowe's are holding off on stocking these plants for another couple of weeks. I can wait but will be back. By the Way, as evidences by their sign out front, the do have a sense of humor.
