The sales guy made a mistake on the invoice and the Sales Manager fought me tooth and nail to get a credit for their obvious errors. it took more than 3 weeks to resolve and it was a horrible experience because they are dishonest, over-charging bullies and simply bad business people. After reading the previous review, I was wary of visiting this establishment. However, as we entered the office, the staff was quick to assist and came right out to show us a plethora of rocks. It took less than two minutes to locate the perfect rock and the lady staff member was efficient in assisting with weighing it and putting it in the trunk. She rang us up (this actually took longer than selecting the rock!) but overall, service was excellent. This is the place to go for bricks, stone, mulch and other items for the yard. Great experience yesterday. Was looking for pavers for a driveway project and some landscaping boulders. Worked with one of the owners, Barb. She walked us around the yard, showing us the different options available. There was a wide variety to choose from and we settled on some Belgard pavers. We also bought a couple of boulders for our landscape project. Overall great experience with personal service. (Denver Location)... Horrible business ethics. My wife purchased $50 worth of flat stone for our patio to make sure it was the correct style. 2 days later we decided to go with a different style stone from them. They charged my wife a restocking fee of $25 (50%) for the 10 small pieces of stone we brought back even though we were still doing business with them. Safe to say this was the last time we'll use them or recommend them to others. read more
