This review is long overdue, but I wanted to add my five star review. We have used many dryer vent…read morecleaning services over the years, but Air Doctor was absolutely the best. From the moment I called and made an appointment I had a feeling it was going to be a really good experience. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly as well as professional and set me up for an appointment a few days later. I asked her if the service workers could install a new cover screen I had purchased for the outside vent exhaust and she thought it wouldn't be any problem. As promised, the service guys called when they were on their way and gave me an ETA, which was right on time for our scheduled appointment. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. As it turns out, they couldn't install the dryer vent cover that I had purchased because of the paint and stucco surrounding the opening, but fortunately, they had one in their truck that worked just fine. It was such a relief to find a company in which I have such confidence which means I won't procrastinate like I usually do in scheduling the next cleaning. I first learned about them from our local community Facebook group and I can see why so many neighbors recommended them. I thought their pricing was quite reasonable and competitive and certainly worth preventing a possible dryer fire.

They came out and were great. I live in an old home and I peppered them with lots of questions about how I go forward, with them, or on my own, doing some things myself. They did a great job on the maintenance and were very gracious to answer all my questions. I recommend them and give them my thanks.

What really impressed us, though, was what happened beyond the actual service. While the technician was at our home, we were also dealing with a gas-appliance issue and had a plumber there trying to locate the source of a gas odor that both we and the Duct Doctors technician could smell. The same day, the manager from The Duct Doctors personally called us after hearing about the situation from his technician to make sure the issue had been resolved and that we were okay. That follow-up meant so much to us. The gas issue wasn't their responsibility or even part of the service they were providing, yet they genuinely cared enough to check on our safety. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service really stands out. We were extremely impressed with The Duct Doctors and would absolutely recommend them. Great work, great people, and truly above-and-beyond customer care!
