From the moment I called and made an appointment I had a feeling it was going to be a really good experience. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly as well as professional and set me up for an appointment a few days later. I asked her if the service workers could install a new cover screen I had purchased for the outside vent exhaust and she thought it wouldn't be any problem. As promised, the service guys called when they were on their way and gave me an ETA, which was right on time for our scheduled appointment. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. As it turns out, they couldn't install the dryer vent cover that I had purchased because of the paint and stucco surrounding the opening, but fortunately, they had one in their truck that worked just fine. It was such a relief to find a company in which I have such confidence which means I won't procrastinate like I usually do in scheduling the next cleaning. I first learned about them from our local community Facebook group and I can see why so many neighbors recommended them. I submitted a request for quote and Vagif responded within 10 min (late on a sunday night), called me, and set up an appointment for the next morning. He took his time explaining the different things he could do for me on top of just cleaning the vent. He actually was able to take the machine apart, clean out the inside, and identified where the smell was coming from. Wires on the internals were covered in dust and burning! This was a fire hazard and something a standard duct clean would ignore. We negotiated a fair price and the work was done in the background in about 2 hours. Well worth the money and would recommend Vagif to others.

Elder and the guys did an excellent job in covering up the entire house and finished the job in 2 days. My house had no insulation in the walls- to very less in the attic. After the insulation my Heat as well as Cold is retained inside the house. Heat turns on once in a 24 Hr cycle vs multiple times in an hour previously. If you are thinking of in wall insulation, it's totally worth it. The quote was the most competitive and they were very flexible. Everyone was extremely experienced and the work was completed on my home quickly and efficiently, with everything having protective plastic sheeting all the way from my front door to the work areas. The sales rep that came out to do the initial inspection and to give a quote, was very experienced and answered all my questions. We agreed on a course of action, and I later discovered I needed additional work, and he worked with me on getting that added. The workers arrived even earlier than expected on the day they were working on our house. They clearly had all the appropriate material and machines and equipment to do the job correctly. I feel very good about everything that was done and I would definitely recommend them. Everything was left clean and there was nothing I had to do to clean up behind them. The reason I am not giving five stars (only 4 stars) is because of the paperwork having multiple errors, and they took weeks to get me the pictures of the before and after shots of the work they did. I asked them to correct some errors I found in the paperwork, and even found more errors and had to ask them a second time to correct the invoice for my records. I also questioned whether the correct insulation was put into a certain wall, because the paperwork was incorrect. It took a physical callback from a different person to physically check, and he didn't really seem to understand clearly what the problem was. I showed him pictures of the insulation rating that I took for that wall, and he was about ready to go and purchase the insulation and redo the specific wall I was questioning. But then he just called the installers and they told him they put the correct R-Rating on that wall and then he left. He clearly was not trained well enough, and I still don't know if the correct insulation was put on that wall. All the hassle of the paperwork correction and reinspection of the work was not necessary if they paid attention to details better. But other than the paperwork and questioning a specific wall, the actual work was professionally done and these guys clearly are a good professional organization. Just keep an eye on the paperwork and go over all the lines of work in the contract before you sign it. Don't rush and sign what they give you. Read every line on the contract to look for errors. As far as the value for the service and work, they were right in the price range I was expecting. Don't hesitate to use them.

He was correct. For a 20 foot or so run under a home you want rigid piping as it is far safer, more efficient for the dryer, kinder on your power bill and up to code. Also easier to clean in future. Clogged ducting is a fire danger of course and our old flexible ducting had been installed poorly with it being jammed between a joist and wall and constricted in diameter by half. A fire hazard that required a new cutout behind the dryer for proper installation of a rigid downpipe. Jeff came out on a Sunday and did the inspection and installation in two hours or so. Very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm sure you can find cheaper but not sure you will find better. I didn't bother with a second quote based on the reviews here. Note in one of the photos you can se the old ducting laying on the ground below the new rigid ducting. Jeff installed a new exit door to make future cleaning easier. I'll be using Jeff at our three rentals in future for cleaning.

They also refuse to refund money I paid for the a blower motor. This company will be reported to CDLB. We went without heat all winter and now my AC isn't functining. I have now been forced to have had another HVAC company come into my home to look over why and what is needed for a repair. It was then that I was informed that key components were taken. My heater and AC are now inoperable! I was unaware that parts were taken. Working with a "Mgr "Scott" has proven nothing more than blaming a distributor for slow delivery of parts ... 8 months???
