Second time coming in, this time I decided to do carry out and get a pizza. It was very flavorful! I ordered the Spicy Diavola and they chopped up jalapeños and put them on top, I've never seen jalapeño on pizza like that and it was great! The first time I came in, I ordered the endless soup salad and bread lunch special- amazing! All the dressings are homemade so I again ordered a salad with both the lemon basil dressing and the ranch for my pizza. I'll for sure be back for more! Third time visiting, first review of the restaurant. 2 of 3 times the wait service is simply too slow. Slow to take our order, and slow to follow up when we are ready to move on. Today's lunch took just under 1 & 1/2 hours. The kitchen is getting their job done timely. The quality of the food, we are pleased. They Alfredo, is not our favorite, kind of lacking in depth. Atmosphere feels cold with un-lit candle's and artificial florals with not much attention to detail. Table setting for an "Italian restaurant" was lacking, no shakers, oil. Tall metal stools uncomfortable. Spaghetti sauce was very bland and acidic and watery, meatballs were flavored well but dry. Carbonara was bland and had a hint of bacon flavor at best. Salad is not included with meal and lacking substance, small serving of bread with meal. It feels more like a fast food restaurant than a relaxing place to wine & dine. Since they opened, we have been eating here at least once a week on average! My husband loves the Tuesday night Lasagna Special. I go for their "Zoodles" option as a keto replacement of zucchini noodles for the regular pasta! This is a brand new family run restaurant that we really need in Montrose. Of course, there will be kinks to work out, but the low ratings on here are ridiculous. Waiting times at other Montrose restaurants can be much longer so give them a break. If you didn't get bread prior to your meal, perhaps just ask them for it. As for the food, we thought it was delicious. The serving sizes were generous and the quality high. I liked how you could order a half or full portion. Prices were more than reasonable, and the wine pour was great. I enjoyed the ambiance, and our server was lovely. We unfortunately missed out on the music, but I've heard it's great. Instead of being negative, give the owners a chance to find their groove. Montrose needs restaurants like this one. Next time it would be a nice touch to meet the owners. Today was my second visit to the restaurant, Endless Pastabilities. I have to say I am impressed with the prices, especially when compared to other, new restaurants in town. My friend and I had a perfectly portioned lunch and drinks for under $50! The pasta fagioli soup is fabulous, the focaccia bread delish, and pasta salad was on point. Staff could use additional education on menu item ingredients for customers who have allergies or certain dietary needs/lifestyles. There are several things I very much liked about this place. My dinner was delicious and one of the appetizers was really good. Our server, Olivia was fantastic. however, the ambiance was cold and the disco music playing in the background didn't give me a feeling of being in a restaurant , much less an Italian one. There was no bread offered before our meal. There was no Parmesan or anything else the table except salt and pepper. The companions I was with thought the food was very bland and boring. 45 minutes after we ordered, our food finally arrived. At 30 minutes I had asked for the manager. We were told it was because of the large party that was there. That party was there and already served when we entered. At 45 minutes I went up and got angry because there was only one other party there on Sunday night. After I got angry, our meal magically appeared. Then the cook came out and apologized and told us our server forgot to put our order in. During the whole time that we waited, our server never acknowledged us. Although the food was good, it's not worth the wait.
