Once again the service was impeccable and the food was so good! The Sicilian Delight was extraordinarily good again! The focaccia was perfectly toasted to melt in your mouth. The white cheese pizza was the perfect balance, you could discern each flavor, as well as enjoy the perfect crust. The perfect amount of chew with enough tenderness to make it soooo good! The ambience is well thought out and tastefully decorated. Thank you for a taste of Italy today! read more

Finding an Italian spot that balances its flavors so perfectly is a rare treat. Too often, a marinara sauce can be overly heavy or acidic, but here, it is wonderfully restrained and not overpowering in the slightest. It provides the perfect, light complement to both the rich meatball sandwich and the layered lasagna, letting the quality of the meat and cheese truly shine. Beyond the classics, their homemade soup is absolutely delicious and comforting. The cheesy vegetable sandwich is equally amazing--everything in it is layered perfectly, highlighted by a light, bright balsamic taste that pulls the whole dish together beautifully. Highly recommend if you appreciate fresh ingredients and subtle, well-crafted seasoning! read more

What a pleasant find to eat dinner! The hosts were charming, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was oh so pleasant! So many possibilities in their delish food! read more

Came back for lunch, and it was delicious! You can get a soup and half a sandwich. The produce was fresh. I love this place.

I've been there twice for dinner. The Wednesday night lasagna is superb as was the cold Italian meat and cheese sandwich. Everett is an excellent server (humerous, knowledgible and efficient) and the ambiance has been relaxed read more

Endless Pastabilities is one of Montrose's best-kept secrets and honestly shouldn't be. House-made sauce, dough, and focaccia, a meatball that could feed two, and service that actually makes you feel welcome. April served us and she was fantastic -- genuinely one of the best server experiences I've had in Montrose. I keep coming back and I'm always shocked it's not packed. If you love Italian food and want to support a great local, family-run spot -- go ask for April. read more

They are the nicest sweetest people. the prices are way below what they should be. Honestly I'd pay way more than what I did for dinner. So we come back every chance we get. The food has detail in it like real detail. Soo good. And portions are way bigger than you'd expect. The menu has changed a bit the last few times we came in but the stuff I order is still there. read more

My husband and I shared the mushroom tortellini and it was delicious. While our main dish was really good the quarter of the focoshia was not near enough. We asked for more bread, we never got it. Our water was never refilled. I had to get up and go to the bar to pay after asking for our bill. Overall, the food rates a 4/5 but the service was a 2/5. read more

Absolutely love this place, all around! The service is fantastic and the food is just as good! We enjoy the atmosphere overall. It's cozy and peaceful. read more

Second time coming in, this time I decided to do carry out and get a pizza. It was very flavorful! I ordered the Spicy Diavola and they chopped up jalapeños and put them on top, I've never seen jalapeño on pizza like that and it was great! The first time I came in, I ordered the endless soup salad and bread lunch special- amazing! All the dressings are homemade so I again ordered a salad with both the lemon basil dressing and the ranch for my pizza. I'll for sure be back for more! I will say, the pizza crust is thin and crispy, I liked it but I wasn't expecting that texture of the crust. read more

Third time visiting, first review of the restaurant. 2 of 3 times the wait service is simply too slow. Slow to take our order, and slow to follow up when we are ready to move on. Today's lunch took just under 1 & 1/2 hours. The kitchen is getting their job done timely. The quality of the food, we are pleased. They Alfredo, is not our favorite, kind of lacking in depth. But everything else has been very good. Pizza has a good flavor, relatively thin crust that we enjoy. read more

Very nice place. I wanted chicken parm and it wasn't on the menu yet and the owner cooked it up special. Good food. Nice owners

Since they opened, we have been eating here at least once a week on average! My husband loves the Tuesday night Lasagna Special. I go for their "Zoodles" option as a keto replacement of zucchini noodles for the regular pasta! If you love pasta, but can't eat it due to gluten issues, or low-carb diets, your answer is here at Endless Pastabilities! Friday night live music with local bands and musicians is wonderful! AND Saturday night karaoke is a whole lot of fun! They have lovely pizza, too! Our favorite starter is the Tic-Tac-Toe Focaccia bites! And for those keto people they also have the Caprese Bites on a skewer! Delizioso!!! Also, April and Richard Fitzgerald are frequently on site each day and are so friendly and accommodating! Their love story is on the back of the menu and is such a sweet and lovely account of how they met! Highly recommend this restaurant!!! read more

Pahgre's was closed on Sunday so we gave this place a try for the first time. Great idea on theme but poorly executed. Atmosphere feels cold with un-lit candle's and artificial florals with not much attention to detail. Table setting for an "Italian restaurant" was lacking, no shakers, oil. Tall metal stools uncomfortable. Spaghetti sauce was very bland and acidic and watery, meatballs were flavored well but dry. Carbonara was bland and had a hint of bacon flavor at best. Salad is not included with meal and lacking substance, small serving of bread with meal. It feels more like a fast food restaurant than a relaxing place to wine & dine. The one server working though was super friendly and welcoming for as busy as she was. We would not go back. read more

We decided to give them a second chance now that all the issues have been claimed to have been addressed. We can confidently say the food was excellent though the chairs were still very uncomfortable. The service was still a bit slow but it appeared as if there was only one server working in the dining area so she did her best. read more

Good food and good service Owners are great and interested in feedback Used them for catering a work lunch read more

been there 4-5 times for lunch, get the spaghetti and 3 meatballs. Very good every time the meatballs are spot on and the sauce is as well. Not sure why some reviews are so bad, I can't believe it went from zero to 10 overnight but I'm not easy when it comes to Italian food and for my money I'll be back. The wait staff is very nice as well Getting me in and out in about 30 minutes. read more

The overall experience was unsatisfactory, encompassing bland food, slow service, and a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Therefore, a recommendation cannot be provided at this time. read more

Endless Pastabilities - Sandwiches Near Me - Montrose, Colorado

This is a brand new family run restaurant that we really need in Montrose. Of course, there will be kinks to work out, but the low ratings on here are ridiculous. Waiting times at other Montrose restaurants can be much longer so give them a break. If you didn't get bread prior to your meal, perhaps just ask them for it. As for the food, we thought it was delicious. The serving sizes were generous and the quality high. I liked how you could order a half or full portion. Prices were more than reasonable, and the wine pour was great. I enjoyed the ambiance, and our server was lovely. We unfortunately missed out on the music, but I've heard it's great. Instead of being negative, give the owners a chance to find their groove. Montrose needs restaurants like this one. Next time it would be a nice touch to meet the owners. It brings a more personalized experience. read more

Today was my second visit to the restaurant, Endless Pastabilities. I have to say I am impressed with the prices, especially when compared to other, new restaurants in town. My friend and I had a perfectly portioned lunch and drinks for under $50! The pasta fagioli soup is fabulous, the focaccia bread delish, and pasta salad was on point. Staff could use additional education on menu item ingredients for customers who have allergies or certain dietary needs/lifestyles. I look forward to my next visit to Endless Pastabilities! read more

There are several things I very much liked about this place. My dinner was delicious and one of the appetizers was really good. Our server, Olivia was fantastic. however, the ambiance was cold and the disco music playing in the background didn't give me a feeling of being in a restaurant , much less an Italian one. There was no bread offered before our meal. There was no Parmesan or anything else the table except salt and pepper. The companions I was with thought the food was very bland and boring. The people place has possibilities at least. read more

It was great! The noodles were under cooked or over cooked, which is honestly a little impressive since there we probably about 200 noodles in the package and the didn't even make one right! Sadly this did not tear the living shit out of my butthole, but it did constipate me pretty good, it kinda felt like it was tickling the inside of me! (It needs medical attention) Anyways after a day the Hershey highway had and "accident" and it all came out, I was saving that for my partner in bed! read more

Honestly one of the best meatballs I've ever had! Highly recommend. Happy hour is awesome too. Can't wait to come back for more!

The amazing food, ambiance and the staff! One of our favorites, spent New Year's Eve there as well. Such a great time! A restaurant where you are truly treated like family and the entertainment just sent it over the top! read more

45 minutes after we ordered, our food finally arrived. At 30 minutes I had asked for the manager. We were told it was because of the large party that was there. That party was there and already served when we entered. At 45 minutes I went up and got angry because there was only one other party there on Sunday night. After I got angry, our meal magically appeared. Then the cook came out and apologized and told us our server forgot to put our order in. During the whole time that we waited, our server never acknowledged us. Although the food was good, it's not worth the wait. If we had read the previous reviews, we would have gone elsewhere. read more

Horrible food .not even close to authentic. I was very disappointed.being italian I felt that it was a disgrace

The absolute worst restaurant in Montrose due to the service and management Is Endless Pastabilities if you cherish your name and anything you stand for do not go there... their food is subpar and the waitstaff will come up with reasons to get you banned because you tip the waitress who actually served you vs the one who who was assigned to the table. This restaurant is the worst! Don't waste your money or time! read more

Wonderful place. Great food, reasonable prices and delicious food. Love the owners and the wait staff

Had a huge family dinner this time around. We tried something new lole a family setting. It was great and tasted even better. We had salad, bread, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna, Alfredo and lemon shrimp. We also had a lemon cake. Loved the service. read more

The Pesto Farfalle was excellent. Lovely balance of flavors. The spaghetti and one large meatball was very good. Portions are not large - very nice sized. We'll be back to try some other items. read more

Poor food. Very overpriced. Service average. Ambiance freezing cold. Don't bother. Stuffed mushrooms teeny tiny try Shitake. Pasta carbonara no carbonara. One tiny piece focaccia bread. read more

This was my first time ordering from this place, via UberEats. The penne with fresh tomatoes and big juicy chunks of roasted chicken in a garlic cream sauce was DELICIOUS, as was the crunchy, buttery, very garlicky garlic bread. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that I actually ordered the "Paulie Walnuts Chicken Pesto," which was supposed to have a garlic pesto sauce. May try the place in person at some point. read more

I ordered cacio e pepe which is pasta in a cheesy peppery sauce. What I got was an undressed pasta with pepper sprinkled on it. And it was cold. I called the restaurant to complain and they tried to blame the quality on the delivery person. Then they just chalked it up to no meeting my standards. A home cook could do better. Then my caprese did not come with the balsamic dressing advertised in the menu. By the looks of other reviews this is a problem. They should not be in business. read more

I would recommend eating from this place. It's very good i would order it from DoorDash and never really had a problem with it. Personally i wouldn't recommend eating the cheese garlic bread because mines came out burnt but that's from my personal experience and it changes through everyone's time. Aside from that their pastas are very good. Would try going there myself one day. read more

The main dishes DONT COME WITH PASTA. This is a pasta place with pasta in the name. It's misleading and false advertising. They should be ashamed to charge $16 for a thin piece of chicken, mushrooms and lite sauce. I'm just... wow.... read more
