We searched several companies when we decided to update our 13 year old fence a few months ago. Encore had the lowest bid and we wondered if that meant the quality of the product would suffer. We went with Encore anyway and were pleasantly surprised at the qualify of the fence, the work of the crew and now, here in December, the prompt friendly customer service. One board had popped out and we couldn't get it back in. Dustin came yesterday and said he couldn't get it back in either - and then today he came and put in a new board at no charge to us. Encore Fence gave us a very competitive quote for our replacement fence, and I visited their yard and office to view the material they stock for use in the all cedar fences with steel posts. Johnny sent out Armando and his crew on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and they were complete and cleaned up by end of day on Wednesday. I worked with TJ to design a fence for a small back patio. I wanted horizontal slight with black metal posts. After the date of install was set, I realized the patio was too small to be fully enclosed with wood, and panicked! I emailed TJ to ask if we could change to metal. Luckily, they were able to do so! I now have a beautiful fenced area with horizontal slat at the end that required privacy, with metal sides, allowing for airflow and views. Very professional. Answered all my questions and returned phone calls in a timely manner. Quickly removed old fencing damaged from storm, set post , and returned the next morning to complete the job. Great job in cleaning up once job completed. I will be using them again in the future for another fence repair not storm related.
