Detail: We reviewed four companies in the Austin area for a fence extension and automated gate for security purposes. Absolute Fence & Gate were outstanding to work with: they came in cheaper than all other alternatives, were the most responsive with clear communication, and were very knowledgable about the options within our space. Amanda was extremely responsive and helped us scope out our initial ask to coordinate an onsite bid walk quickly and helped sort out billing. Travis helped develop our initial concept for a gate into an efficient, turn-key solution that would abide by local codes and fit within our budget. After clarifying our scope, the project was completed at a lightning pace. They staggered the required demo of our old fence until the day they'd be able to erect the fencing to minimize the amount of time our house was exposed to the street. The work crews were very professional and Travis and his team clearly explained the scope each day and progress updates. In addition, Cade and the gate operator crew were outstanding. They set up the motor and made sure all items were functional tested. They did a terrific job commissioning the equipment and explaining how to use it. The commissioning team also noted that our gate operator had a minor issue and contacted the manufacturer for a same-day under warranty solution. The level of service was outstanding, and I was very pleased to have a total turnkey solution. During the construction, Travis would check in with the teams and ensure quality work which resulted in zero punch items at final walk. Travis even performed a final QA check on the operator to make sure operation was up to their quality standard. Every team member was very knowledgeable and professional. They provided excellent advice and suggestions and helped us craft our gate idea into a solution with a terrific product!

Craig Jolicoeur was so responsive, thoughtful and meticulous that you'd think it was his own fence that was going up. He didn't waste my time like others did with endless and irrelevant questions. recently hired Encore Fence in Temple to install a new fence around my backyard, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and exceptional customer service. First off, the team was incredibly responsive and provided a detailed estimate that gave me a clear understanding of the costs and options available. They took the time to listen to my needs and offered great advice on materials and design, which I truly appreciated. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Unfortunately, my neighbor decided to be angry and hostile towards them and even kicked and broke part of the fence! The supervisors remained professional and tried to speak rationally with him, but to no avail. Thus, some changes had to be made. I was told of the options for me, I made the decision, and they accommodated the changes. The poor crew! They were respectful of my property, kept the work area clean, and completed the job the same day anyway! The craftsmanship is top- notch, and the new fence looks amazing. It has completely transformed my yard and added both privacy and curb appeal. And now I don't have to see my unreasonable neighbor! Hooray! We searched several companies when we decided to update our 13 year old fence a few months ago. Encore had the lowest bid and we wondered if that meant the quality of the product would suffer. We went with Encore anyway and were pleasantly surprised at the qualify of the fence, the work of the crew and now, here in December, the prompt friendly customer service. One board had popped out and we couldn't get it back in. Dustin came yesterday and said he couldn't get it back in either - and then today he came and put in a new board at no charge to us. Encore Fence gave us a very competitive quote for our replacement fence, and I visited their yard and office to view the material they stock for use in the all cedar fences with steel posts. Johnny sent out Armando and his crew on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and they were complete and cleaned up by end of day on Wednesday. Man! Theses boys out here in Temple are amazing! I used them back in 2018 when we lived in Copperas Cove and a 2nd time when we moved to Waco! I wouldn't trust anyone else but them! Apparently the wood posts had rotted out and over it went. Farr came out on a Friday morning while I was at work and took out the old fence and put in new metal poles (Jeremy encouraged me to go this route so I wouldn't have to worry about rot in the future). Since they had to set in the concrete over night, they came back the following morning which was a Sat. and I was home. These guys came in and put up the new fence in about an hour. I was very impressed and I'm a hard one to impress and a bit hard to please. I'm a perfectionist and my expectations seem to be a little higher than most. They did a wonderful job and also gave me a senior discount since my neighbor who was sharing the cost with me was a senior. It's now 4 years later, and my fence still looks marvelous. Would definitely recommend.
