Pilates really works parts of the body you never even thought were there. I like that Dominique pays attention to detail, such as my alignment and form when going through different moves and exercises...Basically things I never pay attention to but should. I have two more sessions left and after those I'm looking into trying classes also, especially the mat classes she plans on adding in the new year. I would definitely recommend RPS to anyone who wants to try Pilates under proper instruction.

Whether you are brand new to Pilates or an experienced pilates doer they can give you a super workout. The Barre class is my favorite but mat and equipment classes are fun too.
