I have been trying to work out consistently everyday for the past month or so and wanted to try something different. I called Club Pilates a few days ago to inquire, and the receptionist was super sweet and was able to answer all my questions. I found out the first intro class was free so I thought, why not! I'll give it a go. My schedule is limited but the owner, Autumn, booked me for a 30 minute intro session on the day I had originally requested which was super convenient. When I arrived to Club Pilates, it was nice, clean, and quiet. No one was in the studio so the private session made the experience all the better. Autumn made me feel super comfortable and was so knowledgeable about everything! I ended up booking 4 more sessions after my first free one, and I am very excited. Autumn even texted me the next day to see how I was feeling. She is amazing. I love when clients are treated with genuine care and respect. It makes a client for life!

The studio is designed for small classes making it easy for modifications based on individual needs. I have been practicing Pilates there for 8 months, on average 2-3 days per week and enjoyed a unique class each time - instructors keep it fresh and interesting. NEVER in my life did I think I would do spinning but because of the instructors and clientele, I am slowly being converted. Highly recommend for those trying Pilates for the first time to those that have been practicing for years!

Melanie's hips and glutes is my favorite. She really understands where you should be feeling the exercise and has no problem adjusting you if your not doing it correctly. But also modifies moves if you have an injury or just unable to do them. I'm excited to checkout more of their classes in the future.
