First, they allowed me to make a last minute appointment for 7 PM for a mani/pedi when they close at 8 which I feel is very generous! I had Tammy, and she was so, so very nice to work with! I had a hard time finding a color (always do) and she worked so hard to help me find exactly what I wanted. She did both my pedicure and gel manicure, and I have NEVER ever had such a smooth polish application at any salon I've been to. Despite me having confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the response was essentially, "We called the other appointments and they can't move, so we can't do your nails. You can come sit here and we'll see if we can work you in." So because of an error on their end, I was the one who lost my appointment. As a new customer, I was apparently the easiest person to bump. What was most disappointing was not the scheduling mistake itself, mistakes happen, but the complete lack of effort to make things right. No accommodation, no attempt to prioritize me, no solution.
