I will say that your experience may be different depending on the waxer you get, so I'm specifically recommending Jasmine who you can either ask for or book with online. The front staff is also professional, but yes they do always try to upsell you on the very expensive wax pass. However, if you just say no they move on. I asked what she was doing and she abruptly stopped and walked away getting another sytlist. No remorse, no apology. Ive never experienced a salon visit like this especially from Salon Voss.
