The esthetician that provided my Brazilian service was Leila. She was AMAZING! I was a little sweaty from getting a little nervous because it was a while since I had my last wax, in addition to the sweat pants (that made it no better) but she reassured me that we would get through the service. She took her time and didn't rush. She was gentle and kept me distracted from anticipating every strip. I genuinely enjoyed my service today and would highly recommend European Wax. It was around 4:30p on a Saturday when I called, and the business closes at 6. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment at 5:15p. The location was easy to find in a small shopping center. The inside was impressive and quaint; small but well put together. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. I was there at closing and saw how well each area was cleaned after customers left. Overall I absolutely loved this experience and would return in the future.
