I have been struggling with losing weight all of my life and at one point I said I just didn't care anymore. However, three years ago, I started getting serious about being healthy. My blood pressure was up and overall health was being compromised. I did well for a time, but over the last year and a half, I have been stagnant. I needed something to not only jump start my weight loss, but also change my attitude. This is when I decided to try Healthy Beginnings. Julie and her staff are always professional, supportive, and willing to listen as well as provide suggestions. Knowing that men lose weight faster than women is frustrating, but even halfway through their program, I am down almost 15 lbs. That's at least one clothing size and it makes a huge difference when you wear riding breeches most of the time. My main hobby is riding horses in the Hunter ring, and this weight loss is allowing me to be a better partner to equine friend. I have a goal in sight, and that's important as I continue onward. I am putting forth the effort to make the last half of this program as beneficial as the first. I highly recommend the program!

It's been nearly a month and I see no difference. Some of the staff was very standoffish and had terrible customer service. It was as if I was inconveniencing them. Needless to say I feel completely scammed , I believe I was injected with saline and not Botox. This was not my first time receiving this type of treatment, I know the results I was promised was NOT delivered .
