From the moment I walk in, the staff greets me warmly and offers me a bottle of water, which sets a welcoming tone. The treatments are efficient, and I appreciate how they let me get comfortable in the laser room before starting. After just two sessions, I've already seen fantastic results! Kendra, the office manager, was incredibly sweet and reassuring during my initial consultation. As an African-American woman with deep brown skin that is prone to ingrown hair, it was important for me to know that their lasers are effective for darker skin tones and Kendra made sure I felt confident in my decision. Laura, my laser technician, is also incredibly sweet, kind, patient and affable. It was a little awkward at first having to bear it all but with Laura, it's a no judgement zone. I feel safe knowing that she is also a registered nurse who can handle any situation. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommended Milan! After just one treatment, I went from shaving multiple times a week to just once and the regrowth is much sparser and softer.

I've had Botox and a CoolPeel treatment, and I'm thrilled with the results--very natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. It's clear how much pride they take in their work and their patients. If you're looking for a place that combines expertise with a warm, personal touch, I highly recommend them! The best!!

The room is calming and not hot or cold, she uses relaxing music, she doesn't breathe on my face (lol), and I just feel super comfortable in her work space. Also she has great hours for me. The lashes have totally given me so much more confidence and I feel ready for the day without even applying makeup. I can't recommend Seven Azaleas enough!

I decided to not pay for anymore services since they said cryo would work and it didn't and they wanted more money from me. I wrote a BBB review and they returned with false statements about me because I never yelled or berated the staff at any time Nor asked for any free services. I wanted to see results for what I paid for. I was unable to respond her BBB reply due to family issues but she will say anything to make herself look good. she even had to ask her friends on Facebook to post good reviews. If your business is good, you should not have to ask.

He said "forget it then". I arrived and had to buzz the door to get in. It was dark outside and felt really weird. I was led by the nurse down hallways and past doors and didn't see anyone. No front desk and no paperwork to sign. I wanted TMJ Botox. I was really nervous at this point. He was shaking so hard as he came at me with the needle. He finished my face and was struggling. He seemed agitated and in a hurry. He had told me he had somewhere to be. After he was done he asked me to pay by pay pal. He was shaking so hard I couldn't capture his QR code. I had to take the phone out of his hand to do it and I was ushered out. Once in my car I called my husband and told him what had happened in case I didn't make it home and was injected with something weird. It was absolutely not worth the experience for the price. Everything was ok, except I felt no difference at all in my jaw, maybe that was a good thing. Will never be back.

Inside is absolutely stunning. The website does not do this place justice. I could see the pedicure seating to the right of the front desk, and not only did the chairs look comfy, it looked bougie and classy. I was taken to a small but cozy room in the left hallway for my facial. I opted for the 60 minute signature facial and man, did those 60 minutes go by so fast. I should have gone for the 90 minutes! So relaxing! One thing I noticed is how accessible this place was. The door could be a bit tricky, but navigating the spa (with a little help opening the doors to access the hallways) and the bathrooms are pretty handicap accessible; I'd feel comfortable bringing my family member who has trouble walking and getting around here. My one piece of advice is to include a reserved parking spot outside the front door for folks that have a handicap parking permit. No other notes! It was a very relaxing experience and I'd 100% come back.
