Imagine going to a doctor's office to fix your insecurities but being laughed at and mocked as soon as you walk in the door. The most unprofessional and degrading experience I have ever had. From the awful and rude front desk staff, to Dr Aflaki's ruthless judgement and no empathy as a surgical professional, I would highly suggest you go anywhere else. Worst experience ever!

Im still in the process of healing, but I felt the need to give my compliments so far. As someone with severe anxiety and a diagnosed anxiety disorder, I was incredibly nervous going into this -- but Dr. Fedley and his team went above and beyond to make me feel safe, calm, and fully supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Fedley was extremely patient, informative, and professional. He made sure I understood the procedure and felt confident in my choices. He also chose the BEST implant size for me as I was quite indecisive on what might look best. One of the nurses, Anne, stood out in particular -- she truly went out of her way to comfort me, make sure I felt informed, and reassure me every step of the way. Her kindness and empathy made a huge difference in my experience. What really stood out is how the entire team consistently went out of their way to support me, calm me, and ensure my safety -- both physically and emotionally. I never felt judged, or alone. The level of care I received genuinely felt like top 10 service (if not better). If you're someone who struggles with anxiety or just wants a compassionate, thoughtful medical team, I truly recommend Dr. Fedley and his staff. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even empowering. My mother and I have both had our breast augmentations done here and we both LOVE and recommend it this place!

I have been a medical massage therapist for 19 years and do a lot of post op, lymphatic massages so whenever I would see a great result of someone that had a natural looking surgery I would always ask who is the surgeon was and it was always Dr. Felody so that's who was doing my surgery. From the beginning of the consultation, to the surgery and afterwards they stayed in contact with me and checked in me. I highly recommended Dr Felody and his staff.... They are top notch.

While I completely understand that they were supposed to be relocating to a new office, I was very…read moredisappointed with the "consultation". The owner showed up before me and gestured to the other office... a door down, while she spoke with someone. I entered the very crowded waiting room where I was then ushered back to the other (first) office, then the owner was locked out and had to get someone to let us in. I waited for her to get settled in the disorganized space (creaky broken chair). I had questions and wanted info on the different programs. She asked what I was looking for and then rattled off names of what she thought would work and what was included. I was told on the phone that insurance covered some of this but now I was told no it didn't. I asked for prices or something in writing so I could compare the options, as I would never remember the names and combos of injections. She looked for a folder and didn't have one, nor did her receptionist. The owner then made me a copy of the injection names (with no prices) and said I could check online. Umm ok. I was offered a vitamin B injection for 50 something dollars before I left "to try". Not giving up hope, I emailed the receptionist to see if she could send me info and never got a response. I walked out feeling like I had wasted 2 hours of time, with travel, for no information. I did appreciate the discounts for nurses though. Just seemed extremely disorganized.
