They drew my labs which showed I had Zero estrogen. They assured me they help with hormone replacement and could provide creams or pellets. The pellets were $5000 a year and included testosterone that I didn't need since my levels were normal. The nurse practitioner looked at me after I said no to pellets and requested cream and said that she couldn't help me then unless I wanted to lose weight. I am 5'7 and weighed around 137 lbs and wore a size 4 at that time. I was so upset and told her I don't think any medical professional should be suggesting someone at my thin size should lose weight. It took me over a year to have the courage to write this about this place but women need to be warned and they need better options than to be forced into expensive pellets , especially if they are including testosterone that may not be needed if their testosterone levels are normal. I am sorry for not speaking up sooner as I can only imagine how many women have been harmed by this place since I visited over a year ago.
