Avoid this business at all costs if you care about the appearance of your body (scars) and do not want to spend hundreds of dollars trying to reduce the unsightly scars. I received a Stomach and Brazilian wax from this beauty shop in early January. Fast forward to today and this is where it stands. I started receiving red bumps all over the treated area almost immediately to which I treated as she recommended with exfoliation and cream. Thankfully the chest ones went away within about a week. Unfortunately the Brazilian area did not. So I contacted her 2 months later after using every over the counter product available to reduce redness and relieve the skin irritations. I asked for her advise, a full refund, and reimbursement for the dermatologist visit and scar reducing cream prescribed to lighten the scars, which now totals $497. At the same time, I sent her a photograph of my scarred body and explained the dermatologist's opinion that she used the wrong type of wax, applied the wax incorrectly (in too large of an area at one time), and removed the wax incorrectly causing the scarring and asked her for the above corrective actions. She refused all of the above and said she was sorry but refused any help for the after actions she had caused. Sometimes a "sorry" is just not enough. Avoid this business at all costs if you care about the appearance of your skin. read more
