She is kind and warm and responsive. It was different that the sugar wax was cold but she talked me through it and I am happy I went. I have not had a wax in nearly six months, so I was way over due! She put some Netflix on for me to watch a little numbing spray and talked to me the entire time which was nice and helpful not to think about the very mild discomfort.
