Today, she burned me and she was so sarcastic and said, "If it turns into a third degree, then you can sue me." Like why would you say that? She keeps saying she never burned anyone before and educating me about our body temperature and how the wax is not 100 degrees. I showed her the burned spot and she still insisted it is not from the wax and it was from my underwear. If you can't apologize for running late all the time and treat your customers like shit maybe you shouldn't be in the customer service business?
