Ordered flowers for delivery (I live out of state). After terrible experiences with pro flowers/1800flowers and places like that I searched Yelp reviews and found this place. And it was a great experience throughout, the way it should be which actually seems to be exceptional! The person who answered was friendly and helpful, and even helped me check that I had the right address. Very professional to take care of that before rather than get my money and worry later if they can't deliver. After I placed the order, I later got a call that they were out of a particular type of flower that is normally used in the arrangement as pictured on the website. Perfect that they called, that's what a professional company should do right? (Unfortunately the national chain ones never have with me even when I upgrade and pay as much as possible hoping money would guarantee quality - but that is a different topic). So they gave me some options for substituting the flowers they didn't have that day, of the same kind but different color (roses in this case) or same color different kind. Awesome service! Then, after delivery I got an email confirming delivery. I actually jumped the gun and called just before closing (I think) since I hadn't gotten an email and they were polite as usual explaining the driver wasn't back yet but should be shortly. I ordered an arrangement for my friends nephew after he had surgery. I live in California, and I am also a florist. This place had higher rankings so I decided to use them. When I called, it was the easiest transaction ever. The woman on the phone took down my information and then the recipients information. This may seem pretty basic, but I deal with florists... and that's not usually the case. She prepared a beautiful mixed arrangement for a very good price. I know how much flowers cost, and it was a good value. When it came time to deliver my flowers, the driver gave me a call and told me that the address was incorrect. I hadn't realized that I had an old address for the recipient. When I got the new address, they were so accommodating and drove 20 minutes out of their way to deliver these flowers to this recovering boy. I ordered a $200 flower spray online for a funeral from them, and I requested the 2 day delivery. I was concerned that it would not arrive for the funeral, so I sent a message and also left a voicemail for them to let me know everything would be okay. They apparently communicated it with the mortuary but not with me. I called them to check on it after I received an automated email stating it was delivered the day before the funeral. I called to speak to the owner because I was frustrated that I wasn't communicated with, and he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I would NEVER RECOMMEND doing business with them!!!!!! read more

LOTS of little fairies, butterflies, yard gnomes, inspirational signs that say "Your mind is your garden" and annoying things like that. It is a tiny tiny tiny little spaced crammed with such things. I feel a bit like Tony Shaloub from Monk as my anxiety intensifies from being in such clutter. But the flowers! Oh, the flowers. They are a sight to behold. And the staff and the owner are artists at what they do. Prices were not exorbitant as I expected. A great place to support. Non chain. Driving home from work I stopped in just before they closed for the day and was met with a friendly, very attentitive and helpful environment. Even with time ticking down I never once felt as if I was being rushed or a nuisance to the staff. Do not even consider Enchanted Florist! What a disgrace! After speaking at length with Denise about my personal and sentimental order, it was delivered incorrectly. After assuring me she had lavender roses, the roses she chose to put in the bouquet were pink. As purple was the only stipulation I had in my order (besides no carnations and baby's breath) I was disgusted to see them in the picture sent to me. When I called Denise to inquire as to what happened, she was argumentative. She apologized at first and tried to blame someone else, yet offered to come by and replace the pink roses with purple. What?!?!? The moment was lost. I asked for a refund and she told me she "would lose money". I kindly asked her why she didn't make a simple call and explain that my ONE request of purple roses was out and she had no answer. The one call could have saved much aggravation and disappointment. I am really pleased with this florist! I called them and blindly placed an order trusting them with the design. I told them I wanted to spend a certain dollar amount, thinking I would get something small to med sized with a few flowers. The bouquet was going to a couple who was staying at a hotel close by. I was in town with my wife for a funeral. We had a last minute order of funeral flowers from Enchanted Florist. They prepared a funeral easel in the shape of a cross. The flowers were beautiful. I was very surprised at how fast they put it together. We were really in a bind and they came through for us within a few hours. I have to thank Lana for doing such a great job. My husband recently passed away and we used Enchanted Florist, as we wanted more personal input into the arrangements, beyond what the mortuary offered. Lana, the owner, was in the The midst of moving but sat with us and patiently listened to our needs, despite the fact that I was not particularly kind at first. She asked us to come back after a shipment of flowers came in, which we did. She then showed us her ideas. We ordered an urn wreath and two large bouquets to flank the urn and wreath. He loved roses and snapdragons and because his urn was a silver blue, we also chose blue hydrangeas. The flowers were delivered one hour before the service. When we entered the chapel, we were so awestruck by the beauty of the arrangements and the wreath. She truly honored his taste and our wishes and I am so grateful to her for what she created. Lana was empathetic, kind and professional. Beautiful flower arrangements are always expensive, but Lana and Enchanted Florist was incredibly reasonable. They promised ... and delivered in spades. I chose this florist over others on the internet based on the imaginative name as well as being located somewhat nearby the recipient of the flowers. Placing the order by telephone, talking with a gentleman of humor and accommodation, my order was taken 4 hours before closing time, and delivered. Since the recipient was not at home at the time, they placed a phone call to advise the flowers were there, Because it was 4 days before Christmas, the florist was reluctant to give me 24 roses, as he needed them for centerpieces, but agreed to send a dozen and they were arranged beautifully, in a vase.
