I placed a order on April 1st early in the day for same day delivery for my girlfriends birthday. I received a confirmation email and was charged 80$ for the flowers that never arrived.. a couple minutes after placing my order I called to confirm they had received it and that it would be delivered in a timely matter. The woman I spoke with on the phone not only did not have the flowers I chose but also made a comment that the size I chose wasn't that big.. what am I paying top dollar for ?... I would not recommend spending any money with this business or supporting them. I tried to brighten my girlfriends special day but unfortunately was let down thanks to always in bloom. I am expecting a refund Monday and will never support this business going forward. Being 1000s of miles away, I thought I had made the right choice shopping with always in bloom... wrong. read more

I placed an order on 5/4 for a 5/8 delivery. I did receive a confirmation email and payment was charged yet nothing was delivered. There is no excuse for this. I would not recommend doing business with this company. 5/10 update: the florist did reach out and will be sending the arrangement today (stated that is was probably delivered to an incorrect house). Not ideal getting a Mother's Day bouquet the day after but she can still enjoy the flowers. I appreciate the follow up but still disappointed the arrangement didn't make it initially. read more

Home run! Called to order a unique arrangement with a need for same day delivery and they hit it out of the ball park! It was truly unique, so beautifully artistic, and the recipient gushed about loving how extraordinary it is! And, on top of that, the service was par excellent! The rep on the phone could not have been nicer and the driver even called me just prior to making the delivery to confirm that it was being made. A great all-round experience! I ordered flowers for my wife who just graduated Nursing School. She was on a 2 year accelerated program, and she had to move from NY to Nashville for the better part of that time, and during the pandemic to boot. She just finished the most intense program she's ever done (she already has a BHSc and an MBA). I wanted to get her flowers worthy of her accomplishment, incredible dedication and hard work. I didn't want to order the usual 'cookie-cutter' flower arrangement online through FTD or whoever. I wanted first to support local business. Then I put my trust in their floral designer to work their craft. Being able to convey the importance of this event and related to the florist who had children/nieces of his own who went through nursing school, he said not to worry it will be great. I am aware that the flowers may vary depending on what they have in stock. However, the arrangement that was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. I wanted to give a great customer service review to Michael and the team at Always in Bloom. I had ordered flowers online via Teleflora and had chosen Always in Bloom to deliver the arrangement to a friend. When the arrangement was delivered, it was very different from what Teleflora showed online. When I called Micheal to express my dismay, he was courteous and professional. He explained that it is always best to call the florist directly than to try to do an online order, since many times what is shown online is not available currently in the shop. I asked for no compensation from Always in Bloom, I just wanted to express my concern. Michael graciously offered to send another bouquet to my friend with beautiful flowers that he currently has in stock. Ordered a sympathy arrangement from Always in Bloom 7/20/20 for delivery on 7/21/20. Everything went thru so I thought delivery would be made. Contacted the recipient 7/28/20 to make sure they received and they had not! Called Always in Bloom and got a message that they were out until Thursday, but not stating which Thursday. Sent them an e-mail and din't hear back. Called phone number an hour later, and the number had been disconnected. Apparently they are closed but their website is still taking orders! read more

I ordered flowers for my elderly parents for Valentine's Day from Always In Bloom. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive during daylight hours; they were dropped off sometime after 6:00 and left on the front porch overnight. I was very disappointed, as I had ordered two days prior to be sure they would be delivered on Valentines. I made a call today just to let them know I was not pleased with our order. I spoke with a gentleman who was just that; he was understanding and more than willing to give me a full credit or whatever I thought would be right. Since the flowers did arrive and were beautiful, I certainly did not want a full credit. Without my request, my parents received another bouquet today that was equally as nice as the first.
