Now they do not deliver there anymore. I asked if they deliver to Ravenwood High School... answer: "we can't deliver there today". I said, "but DO you deliver to Ravenwood High School". Answer: "we can't deliver there today". I repeat: "I'm asking you, DO you deliver to Ravenwood High School.". Answer: "We don't need your business." And they hung up. I never got a chance in to say I'm asking for a delivery next Tuesday. Wow. It was some man. Perhaps the owner. Who knows. Maybe they are swamped and stressed out for Prom deliveries. Finally found a great one in Unique Flower Fashions. 615-297-2092 The staff is very talented, the customer service is swift and specific, they have a parking lot in front, the google map is correct, and they won't overcharge you like some establishments on West End. Quality first here, plus I just like them- they're folksy and charming. The last arrangement I bought lasted a solid 3 weeks! They sell much more than flowers too, (if you're looking for art, gifts or home stuff). Unique Flower Fashions is now my exclusive florist. Call em'up! (I believe they close around 4pm on Monday's though, just fyi).

Unique Flower Fashions is a high-end florist and antique store. Their arrangement are very…read moretraditional, and come in a variety of vases, baskets, etc. They also have a ton of fake arrangements, which go for around $75 each. These arrangements don't look as real as the silk flowers I've seen at other florists, but they're still definitely high quality. The antique furniture here is very ornate and stately, with a focus on china closets and bureaus. You'll also find an assortment of small to medium-sized ephemeral-looking figurines of angels, shepherds, etc. Another specialty of Flower Fashions seems to be paintings, which range from large oils in heavy gold frames to more contemporary watercolors. I found a small oil painting of some Japanese goldfish swimming around that I really liked, but unfortunately it was beyond my budget. Considering how high-end and specialized Flower Fashions is, I expected the staff to lean towards elitist, but they were actually very friendly and helpful.

They also worked with me to use different color flowers in the sympathy arrangement. The arrangement prices were fair in comparison to other florists in the area. I called another florist in the area and they said they didn't deliver on Saturday (although their website shows Saturday hours). The compliment for Black Tie Floral Design florist is they were courteous and ready to assist with sympathy flower order during a heartbreaking time with the loss of a dear one.

The website did say they deliver to her zip code, and their system took my order - and my money, including a tip for the driver. She didn't receive them that day, so i called the next day to check. Yes, I know Valentine's Day is a busy day for florists, so I was patient when I kept getting a busy signal. I finally go through to someone who gave me a number for the delivery line. I called but it rang back to her. She gave me a different number. Same thing. I tried again and got someone else who said she was "in the back of the house" and that she didn't handle deliveries and that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I pointed out the email confirmation I had received and what their website said. She told me to call one of the other numbers I had already been given. Someone finally answered and said the order (she had asked for the order number on my email confirmation) was not on her table and was probably on the delivery truck with another delivery to the same zip code. My daughter never received the flowers that day, either. I have been trying for nearly two hours today to get through, using the three phone numbers I have for them (from their website and that were given to me by people who answered the phone). Nothing is working. It either takes me through the prompts, puts me on hold, and then hangs up, or is busy. After doing some internet searching, I am finding bad reviews (similar experiences to mine), and different addresses for this business. After scrolling to the bottom of their website, there is a statement of zip codes to which they deliver and the zip code for my daughter's delivery is not listed, even though it is at the top of the page. Either this business is VERY INCOMPETENT or a SCAM! I guess I'm just going to have to write my money off as a learning experience - and the next time I go visit my daughter, actually drive to the business for a followup - if they haven't closed up shop or even exist. Don't waste your money.

I cannot recommend Caprice enough! My breath was taken away by my floral arrangements at my…read morereception. They were EXACTLY what I had dreamt of and I received SO many compliments. Caprice also was able to work within my somewhat tight floral budget to fill up a very large room. She made it look like we spent double what we did. I especially appreciate that Caprice doesn't overcharge, even though she probably could (given her list of clientele), which shows her character more than anything else. She stuck to my budget and was able to calculate a quote on the spot so that we could make adjustments. We had the cost (just slightly under my budget) and a plan before I walked out the door, which was phenomenal! 5 Stars all around.
