When I shopped around for quotes at other florists NONE of them were as up front and honest with me as Cheryl. She was able to give me a quote and talk me through my options to best optimize my budget, all from over the phone and hundreds of miles away. I was living in South Carolina and planning my Nashville wedding, and she was able to take the inspiration photos I sent her and made my dream wedding come true! I cannot speak highly enough on how please I was with the entire process from start to finish working with Cheryl. I HIGHLY recommend her, her work, and the quality of beautiful flowers she supplies.

My mother-in-law was not home when they dropped them off but they sent me a picture to let me know that they were safe on her porch. If you're looking for a great florist I highly recommend Sophia's! Absolutely love this place! I adore my sister in law and I am big on birthdays. I had found out…read morethat her kids and husband didn't go all out for her this year like I do for my husband and my friends and family and when I found out, I decided I just had to surprise her with fresh flowers. I always try and work with local florist whenever I have the opportunity over places like one 800 flowers. Needless to say, I was definitely not disappointed. It was my first time trying to find someone in the Nashville Franklin Tennessee area as we live in Tampa and prior to that Dallas and Memphis. So first time calling around to see who could help out. I called here and the lady who answered who is the owner is so sweet and so kind and let me know that she had a super full plate that day and that if I was looking to do same day delivery, she would be stretched, too thin, and Recommended one or two other places for me that might be closer to my location to try out. I appreciated the honesty and care that she provided for me within five minutes that I just went ahead and ask well if we could push back the delivery date would she be able to take it and she said of course she could do it the following day!! oh, I was so impressed with her customer service and honesty that I decided I had to go with her and gave her an idea on what I wanted for flowers. I just said some thing white and clean maybe with a little bit of color, but nothing super bright and she said that she could definitely make that happen and gave me a reasonable pricing for the flowers and for delivery. The flowers and dip going out the next day, and I got the nicest compliment from my sister-in-law. Turns out Cala lilies are her favorite lilies and she hadn't received them from anyone in years. She said possibly the last time she saw them was in her wedding bouquet And she was blown away at how pretty they were and I was very pleased as well. I will be sending this place to her husband to use going forward and personally will only use going forward any chance I have!!! Highly highly highly recommend using Freeman's
