The staff is great and they were great with my daughter . No complaints about the studio that did it . They were excellent ! However , no one will tell you the price up front . Everything feels very much like a timeshare scheme. It sucks because I know the photos are going to come out amazing but again no one will tell you the price - you have to schedule a zoom meeting afterwards to even see the photos . The zoom meeting sounds like a timeshare pitch . Ever since I've taken the photos theyve sent emails ( literally as I was walking out the door ) telling me to envision where I want to hang the picture in my house , think of all the people I want to send the picture too and perhaps even invite them on the zoom call too ! This is a straight psychological sales pitch to make you more emotionally invested in what I can assume is only going to be insanely jacked up prices. It's a great experience but I wouldn't do it again - I rather know what I'm paying for upfront , agree on the price and then get the product I've asked for . Everything about HOW they are going about payment and receiving the photos screams - scam . Edit: be aware most of the 'good' reviews are before they've met to discuss prices - because they ask you to review several times via email before you get to the zoom meeting and discuss prices . And again- the actual photo session was a pleasure ! It was fun and the photographer was amazing ! And no sales pitch at the shot at all ! But again - this is all a long haul sales practice to get you emotional and make a big pricey purchase on the spot later . Edit : Had my meeting - they try to sell you packages starting above 1K. Individuals are $200 - and you have no rights to digital copies with the packages in the low hundreds. I thought utilizing their services would be a great idea for my new grand baby's photos but boy was I mistaken. The service was ok but beware because they trick you by offering a free photo and when you do the zoom call after, you find out that isn't true. You end up only being allowed to obtain a photo if you agree to spend a few thousand. The photos are ok but nothing Walmart couldn't have accomplished for way cheaper. Times are tough for people nowadays so I say save your money and get great quality photos where they're not trying to drain your bank account. It was never communicated to us that our daughter wouldn't get fairy wings or fairy dust because she is 17 months old. We were told after by text, they didn't want their wings ruined since the poses would be laying down. Our daughter was sitting up the whole shoot so......? Photographer was ok. Could have been a lot more bubbly for this profession. She also dropped a prop that scared our daughter, and made the rest of the shoot uncomfortable. What was supposed to be a magical experience was just a half decent dress, and a whole lot of photoshop. For the astronomical prices they are putting on these photos I would expect a lot better. This was the most beautiful photo shoot I've ever seen. My kids were amazed walking in and so was I. The photographer was so funny and sweet with the kids. He really took his time and explained everything so well. I can't wait to receive the photos because I know they look amazing! Update- I was curious after reading some of the other reviews about how the next session would go. I met with a consultant who went over the photos with me and narrowed it down to the best photos. Yes the packages are very expensive. Really truly overpriced. However, the beauty of the photos is insane. I went with a smaller package that fit my pocket at the moment and although I wanted to cry lol, i was really invested in getting the pics because my kids had such a good time and honestly this is the best photos they have taken. I took my daughter here for a Fairy and Unicorn photo shoot. They allow 2 adults so her Godmother was with us as well. It's was beautiful inside, very Enchanted to say the least. The young ladies who were the photographers, treated my 3 year old daughter with kindness and care. They were both so sweet with her and professional. I haven't had my meeting yet to look at the pictures so this is not a full review. My review is based on the actual photo shoot day and the day was a wonderful experience for her. It was clean, elegant, and absolutely magical for my daughter. They also let you take cell phone pictures around the studio prior to the actual shoot (see below). They put the wings on when you go into the actual room for the session. I only wish they could have let us take random pics with her wings on but I understand why they don't. We overall had a positive experience. This was a facebook ad for me and my daughter loves getting dressed up so I thought this would be great. They were very communicative and up front that being very late, we might lose our appointment. Everything went well - I just wanted to share though when you schedule the Zoom call to look at the photos, the packages are very pricey! They also do want you to decide on the Zoom call. However, when my mom and I were on, we asked for a second Zoom call as we wanted to think about it. No one should be pressured on the spot! Also, I did the promo for $25 so I knew I wasn't actually obligated to purchase anything since I was still able to pick out my "free" photo. The packages are $2K - $6K so very expensive and you can do a la carte options like single photos, etc but it is still pricey. An overall wonderful experience but just want everyone to know what they are getting into it. But I do still recommend it, just don't let yourself get pressured into anything! I feel like this business is a scam. Originally I signed up and payed $25 for this "fairy experience". I thought it was too good to be true to only have payed $25 to have my daughter dress up and get pictures taken of her. The backdrop and props were cute. And I loved the wings on my daughter. The photographer was so kind. She has her own studio and specializes in weddings. However, the problem started when I had my zoom meeting. Everything was going nicely. I was shown the pictures through a slideshow. The host was asking me things like to imagine where in my home I want to put the portrait at. She showed me a storybook that we could custom make to have my daughter as the main character. Then she showed me the packages. $6,000. I asked if I could pay in a week or so and she informed me that if it wasn't payed that day, all my daughter's pictures would be deleted. I really loved my daughter's pictures but I don't think they're worth $6k. I finally told her I could only afford $1500. And for that price I got FIVE pictures, a canvas and the "gift" which is the 6x10. In my heart I know this whole experience was not worth $1600. I was going to recommend this establishment to all my family and friends but now I won't. You could totally hire a professional photographer and have a luxury session for the price they're asking. Also I want to add, I even told the photographer that I thought this was too good to be true for $25 and it definitely was. I asked her how much it would cost to buy additional prints and she said she didn't know. But that this company must keep offering this $25 sessions because they know parents will buy more than one print and how they wouldn't be doing this if they weren't making money out of it. Just beware if you want to spend a few grand for these pictures. Wish I knew then, what I know now. read more

Honestly, the experience was great for my child right until I found out that the process isn't like other photo shoots. Admittedly, I was "suckered" by the advertisements and the $25 we paid to schedule would include the photos and everything. Right after we were done with the shoot was when we were told we would have a Zoom meeting to go over the photos and then to expect another email to go over the pricing. That's were they get you. You have to watch a very unnecessary long story time video from the "co-owner" with short mentions of the prices. The book looked like a great purchase until they mentioned it cost $3,000! The photos are astronomical and start at a base of $200 PER 8x10 PHOTO. Their gimmick of the "high quality" lady's over 120+ years (how the hell do they know that by the way?) is a little too much. We have not had seen any photos yet, but I am extremely disappointed at the time we wasted just to be scammed into potentially paying high amounts of money for photos we have not even seen. read more

Let me say that this is an experience and your child will love it. That being said for the price tag they have attached to things they need to do better. You cannot harp on about luxury and 5 star anything when you don't offer your customers a drink (water, anything) or have clean floors. The location is fine but interior looks very high traffic. Wash your rugs! Sweep up! Just have basic understanding of high quality customer care before trying to extract thousands of dollars from people. They didn't even give me the right dress size for my child after I told them which size she needed and it showed. The dress was too large for her but I made it work. That all being said, my child felt like a princess and loved it all but her photos were not as natural as I would have hoped for. She looked forced in many and the review of them later were easy to ditch 80% of which the person I was on a video call with seemed shocked by. Sorry but even if they were inexpensive I wouldn't want 80% of what was shot. I went with a free image to test things out as I wanted to do a mother daughter shoot next year and would gladly invest in that if those images came out better than what they took this time around. My order took a while to arrive but when I got it I was shocked to find it so poorly crafted. Overexposed, torn or lifted print on the sides. It was just tacky and didn't scream "this is worth $250+" so I contacted CS and they sent a replacement which had notes that I added on how to edit the pic. That shocks me as these are luxury pros lol. Listen, I have worked in both modeling and photography for 20+ years, I know how to get good images and all about marketing. These folks are building their brand and using your images to do that. They'll likely get some people in at the 5-$20k mark but not many. The average will spend $0-$500 and receive 1 image they may like while they hold rights to ALL images. That is a trade off you make for your child have enjoy an experience. This is my very unbiased opinion and I hope it helps you navigate the process. read more

Cute, but certainly a rip-off. I scheduled an appointment for 2 kids a couple months ago, then my kids got very sick when our appointment day came around. I messaged enchanted fairies the day of, and just let them know we won't be making it. I expected to pay the cancellation fee and it be done. Surprisingly, the contact waived the cancellation fee and rescheduled for me without me even asking. I thought that was very nice of them, and unnecessary. So our rescheduled appointment came around this past Sunday evening. We got plenty of preparation info in emails, and the location was easy to find. When we arrived, it was just us in the studio and the photographer Marie. Marie....was.....hmm. She tried. So hard. I guess. Marie gave us a quick run-down of what to expect, with a lot of focus on not taking photos inside the studio. Got it. But dang. Marie was just not meant to work with kids. It was obvious that she didn't have any kids, and I would have guessed that she hadn't worked with kids previously. Or ever been around a kid. Maybe she's a fine photographer or really good at editing? But holy cow. Have you ever watched a non-cat person try to meet a cat in order to impress another human? Like you can tell that they're terrified and not actually putting in any effort to bond with the cat and deep down they don't understand or respect cats, but they're trying their best to try to impress you or convince you that they've met a cat before? Yeah that was Marie with a 4 year old and a 6 year old. Not only did she nervously laugh and look at me every time a child asked her a simple question, but she also seemed to expect that these children had been professional models and knew what her vague instructions meant. It was hilarious to me, but so painful to watch. We were also within a time crunch, yet she chose to try to tell me random stories of her life while ignoring the small children present who were CLEARLY getting bored and distracted. It was hot in the studio, and kids have short attention spans, and she never even mentioned to them the rules or which areas they shouldn't go in, or what they shouldn't touch. I took care of that for her, but oh man, Marie's calling is not in working with children. We finally made it through photos of each kid individually and also some together, then when the kids were thoroughly over it and we had enough photos, she handed me a tablet to input information for a zoom meeting to go over pictures and stuff. I think that was just poor execution and another thing they could text me to accomplish instead of making kids wait. Which was similar to when we first arrived and I had to type info into the tablet which I had already provided online. Anyway, we got out of there, and the experience was just fine. No children felt extra special or magical. I had my zoom call the next evening. I received plenty of pre-typed texts beforehand, saying "oh my goodness I just looked through your photos and I'm so excited to go over them with you!" Even though that one came before we even got in the car to leave the photoshoot. So obviously phony. The zoom call went exactly as expected, with a new person trained in sales to try to get as much money as possible. She was very nice, but yes, obviously a scammy salesperson. She put on a slideshow of the unedited photos for me to try to narrow them down, and I couldn't keep a straight face because the slideshow was accompanied by a dumb emotional song trying to tug at your heart strings in an attempt to make you pay the most money for pictures of your children. It was literally like an ASPCA commercial. You know, with the stray animals and Sarah Mclachlan? Anyway, when we finally got to the end and I asked enough about pricing, the representative asked if I had already seen the "a la cart" pricing online. Which I had not, but she said that's now available online. However, if you buy one of their packages, you save 40-60%!! Shocking! Needless to say, their lowest priced package was $3,800.00 and it went up and up from there. The salesperson said she would work with me to get me the items I was looking for and take off the bonus items that no one cares about, which I was only hoping for the digital downloads and my complimentary 8x10. It was just all so very fake and scheme-y, and in short, I would recommend maybe the photoshoot experience and your free 8x10, but nothing else was impressive. You could accomplish the same thing for a fraction of their cost with a trip to the craft store and a smartphone. It's exactly like sitting through a timeshare presentation for a small free gift, so be prepared. Except this timeshare presentation just happens to include pictures of your children. Or I know countless local photographers who would do the same setup and provide way more pictures for SO MUCH less money. Thanks for reading. read more
