Sorry it made me even give them 1 star!! Had a horrible experience with this studio!! Stay FAR, FAR away!! They use the $25 charity donation as a "ploy" to get you in the door. Costumes looked like they had been bought at a garage sale... Lets just say, thank goodness you couldn't see the back of the costumes in the pictures!! The pictures do turn out great but they are NO WHERE NEAR worth the prices they charge which range from $130-$1300!! The cheapest package was $199 for 3 8x10's in a single pose!! Was told 3 weeks to get pictures and they acted like they did me a favor jumping through hoops to get me the prints in 3 weeks instead of the 5 weeks that they changed it to when I sent an email to check on my order status. In the "premiere" to view the pictures, we were told that all the images were on the DVD if we wanted to buy that. The DVD was $370 but we purchased it because I wanted the digital pictures to save. Got the DVD and its simply a 6 1/2 minute music slide show in a video format, so yes all the pics were on there but in the movie so none can be digitally saved. Tried for a week to get the misunderstanding resolved but was pretty much told too bad. So to boil it down, here's how their process works: 1) Donate $25 to charity & schedule appointment - Feeling great because its for a good cause and you get great pics of your child 2) Go in for photo shoot - Still feeling great and the kids love dressing like a fairy and getting pictures made 3) You find out that you don't get to see pictures that night but instead have to schedule another appointment for your picture "premiere" - feeling disappointed that you don't get to see pictures that night but are still anxious to come back to see them 4) You come to "premiere" - Pictures are beautiful and you narrow down the ones you really like 5) They open the portfolio with the products offered - your eyes pop out of head and you can't believe they are sooooo steep 6) You go ahead and place an order - Feel somewhat uneasy because of what you are paying for pictures but figure they might be worth it 7) Tell you pictures will be ready in 3 weeks - feel frustrated because you want the pictures now but you understand they take time 8) Call to check on order after 3 weeks & get told it will be a couple more - Incredibly frustrated now because you want your pictures you paid so much for 9) Get pictures - Love the pictures because your child is always beautiful but some of your order is not what was represented at "premiere" 10) Ask for resolution and get told there's nothing they can do about it and you should've read the "fine print" - Get really angry because you felt they should've been upfront to begin with!! There's a reason you can't find their prices online or any other info about their process. It's because if you know ahead of time, you will not go!! In my case I paid the steep prices and didn't get what I paid for and they offered no solution! If you choose to still use this studio, I hope they don't do the same to you that they did to me!!! read more

Amazing" doesn't even begin to describe this experience my children and I had. First of all, our original appointment was I believe November of 2023 and I didn't tell my youngest daughter what we were doing, just that I had a surprise for her. So we drove 2 hours (Eugene --- McMinville) for this experience and I was freaking out cause I was already late but we were welcomed still with a warm personality and a radiant smile from our photographer. Then, my daughter (then 6) was having a little personal moment where she just wasn't comfortable no matter what was happening and she didn't know how to express her emotions in the moment besides crying. She was refusing, absolutely R E F U S I N G to do this photo shoot. So after some time of trying literally everything possible, we left. I felt so defeated. So upset. I remember getting in my car and just crying cause I was stressed and I could feel my daughters stress all at the same time. And I just knew that this was a missed opportunity. Well, before we left our photographer gave us a chance to reschedule our shoot because my daughter wanted her sister there with her to help make her more comfortable. ------ fast forward; it is now March of 2024 and our rescheduled photo shoot (which we were late for again of course) and she still saw us. And even went past the alotted time we were scheduled due to us being the last of the day and being late (which she obviously didn't have to do, and could have just quickly shot a couple pics, or even just declined, but she was having an equally amount of fun that she did a normal photoshoot regardless of time - made it feel more personal than just professional) Now my oldest daughter is (was 11 in Nov) 12 and I thought this was something she wouldn't be into, like at all so it was just gonna be a surprise for my youngest - let me just say that when I've never seen BOTH of my kids this happy and at the same time, I almost cried at witnessing their happiness and extremely boosted confidence this photoshoot gave them. They were trying on dresses, and crowns, and cat walking down the red carpet towards the mirror just soooooo in love with how they looked and their experience. It was wonderful. Laughter throughout the shoot (TONS of laughter). It didn't feel like a forced photoshoot. They were having so much fun, and they just both had an extremely beautiful and honoring and amazing experience. I just know they're going to be talking about this for YEARS. I cannot WAAAIT to see the final results (I'll probably cry like a baby) and I honestly, might try to do this photoshoot again in a few years. Thank you so so so so much. Your actions, kind words, and beautiful soul did NOT go unnoticed we appreciate you and this experience so so so much. Omg. A very dear friend who follows my daughters journey (Fight) on Facebook gave us an amazing gift of being one of the 50 people who received a complimentary 8x10 and a photo shoot through the sensational ENCHANTED FAIRIES OF MCMINNVILLE My daughter is followed by many people (Love4Lexy) on FB & IG because she has survived Brain cancer for 20 years and it has basically ruined her life. This was the most fabulous experience. My husband drove my mother me & my daughter Lexy from Gladstone to McMinnville OR. It was a mother daughter photo team and they were incredible we felt very comfortable and at ease from the first greeting & lovely smile they offered us. They included us in the Magical Experience they created! The duo made it all come alive through their love for what they do. Lexy has been totally blind Since 9 yrs of age. So they went out of their way to let her feel the props and tell her about them so that she could actually picture what was happening in her mind since she couldn't see all the beauty around her. As my Mom & I watched, they did everything they could to make my precious girlie comfortable, & make her feel beautiful.& special They told her she was beautiful they told her she was perfect, said things like "You are gorgeous", "you're loved" & all kinds of really sweet things and made her not only feel special but made it especially memorable! Lexy has short-term memory loss because of where the tumor is located, but she remembers the occasion still to this day! She didn't fit in the First dress we tried, her body is a little bit puffy from the chemotherapy she's on and they were so kind and did everything they could to make the dress fit enough to be beautiful for the photo shoot. She took some amazing photos. We just had the viewing the other day. It was virtually impossible to pick the best photograph for the 8x10 that was offered. They were all so captivating. Every photo we viewed mimiked the Beauty of an actual Princess Fairy in a storybook so elegant & ethereal! This was such a magical and exquisite experience for my daughter my mother and I who were present as well. Watching her interact with the different props which can be difficult for her, she only has the use of one hand, but you would never know it with the way they patiently took time and made this a fabulous and magical Fairy-tastic experience. My 2 1/2 yr old had her shoot today and it was AWESOME!!! She had a great time and so did I. Everyone was so nice and went to great lengths to make my girl feel comfortable and special. I love the reminder text and email (with directions) because I forget appointments all the time and get lost a fair amount. Not so with this appointment. The photographer really tried to make my girl comfortable. Also, as a momma of a little girl, I am always leery of creeps who are too touchy-feely. Not at all a problem here. The (male) photographer was super professional and never once did anything even remotely intrusive. I later found out his daughter was the one that my girl had been talking to in the waiting area. The room my daughter had her shoot in would not be magical to an adult (fake flowers, obviously fake rocks, yarn moss) but to my 2 yr old it was Lord of the Rings! Plus, I'm sure magic is added in the editing :). Really, my girl was happy as soon as he put the fairy wings on her :). As he was taking pics I could see them on a laptop that was setup. Even without editing they did look pretty great. I am very excited to see what the pics will look like with the extra magic added though! I was reminded before the shoot that no phones were allowed in the studio room and after the shoot that I couldn't take pictures in the studio on my phone. I don't know who has time to get on their phone during the shoot anyway. I was too busy watching my daughters face glow with delight! I completely understand this policy and the photographer was never rude or pushy about it. I have an appointment to go back next week to see the pics and buy the ones I like. I am a little nervous about how much they'll cost based on some reviews on here, but we'll see. I have used professional photographers before and they do charge more than it would cost me to print the pic at Target, but I figure they have to feed their families too. I am so glad we did this and I'm sure we'll be back. Even if I can only afford one picture it will be worth it. UPDATE: So I just checked my email and Enchanted Fairies sent me a menu of picture sizes, options and prices. I thought that was great, so I'm not blindsided when I see the pics and want every single one. The prices are pretty steep, but they're not basic printed pics either. I'll probably only be able to afford 1 or 2 (which makes me very sad because my girl looked so beautiful just in the un-touched up versions I saw) but it's still totally worth it. I'll probably be back in the fall for another shoot to get Christmas presents. The only thing the grand folks and great-grandma want are pics of "the baby" :). read more

This was a lovely magical experience until you felt you got the part you felt as if you were being scammed! They 1. Schedule you a Zoom after the pictures and mines within the 7day timeframe of cancellation so if Ibwere to schedule the would've charge me 99$ with the card I put on file for that 25 dollar sitting session. 2. You only get that day to choose the catalog you want from digital photos, canvas photos, and/or story books 3. The prices range from 2500$ to almost 10,000 4. They have the option to fiance or pay full amount- if you pay upfront you save 20% 5. They give you no time decide you must make a decision in the moment after picking pictures without taking anytime to decide if you want to invest $2500 to $10000 on pictures and if you decide you want to finance you with be stuck paying the amount with Affirm or another similar company that sticks it with you credit because they offer two options 6. When they do these Zoom consults they mandate you be on video or they will cancel ....None of this information is in the FAQs on the website or in the information when they start emailing you to remind you about the Zoom appointment. People may go for the appointments but the scam is having people sign over the rights to keep their children photos for marketing, for social media, or the loneliness of their company knowing they will likely not be able to afford the photos or be given the opportunity to make such a huge decision in such a short period of time so you make them feel as if they will miss out such a great investment therefore tricking a family or a single mother or father in spending 2500 minimal into doing something special for his child when you couldve had the heads up on what they could've been looking at financially so you could've not wasted their time. This company lack of telling customers when they have a FAQ sections, photographers and emails to communicate is unsettling for me. They have all these policies in place as a business but it's not printed on anything for the customers. Therefore, it does not exist. read more

I was not sure what to expect. Drove my daughter 1hour 15 minutes to the location. The location was nestled in downtown areas. Plenty of parking. Beautiful dresses and fairy-like costumes adorned the windows. I was greeted at the door with warm smile and Irish-Like-Accent voice (which fit the narrative). The space was cozy and comfy. The walls gave visual of portraits from previous photoshoots. The tables included photo-books of previous clients. My daughter and I were seated and given an Ipad to check-in. Photographer stressed the no photo/cellphone clause on the set (which you have to consent to when checking in). After check-in my daughter was offered 3 color selections for her dress. We were not offered various styles as shown on the website. My daughter is 6 years old. Average size, height, and weight. My daughter choose Blue. But the actual dress was more pastel Cyan (blue-high hint of green). After dressing my daughter we were escorted to a nearby photo-studio that was preset up with the magical background. My daughter was offered a crown or tiara to compliment her black coily hair. She chose a tiara. Next my daughter was given a set a wings---and then the magic began. The photographer on set was Jane (I think that was her name) was amazing. Soft spoke. Full of energy. Her passion and smile radiated through her covid mask. She was patient and engaging with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable. She made her laugh. She challenged her. And more important she seemed to be "enjoying" her work. Very professional. The various props were amazing and thoughtful. I definitely saw a storyline building. My daughter was grateful for the experience and I am looking forward to the print reviews in a few days. My only feedback for improvement is: 1) offer dress styles and colors; 2) the room was a bit chilly (its winter in the Chicagoland area). Turn up the heat or turn on space heaters to provide a climate that is more comfortable to the client. read more

This experience was great and I loved the whole idea.It was super cheap for the photoshoot, the photographer did amazing with my 2 year old but I did have a feeling that it was too good to be true, this is an honest review. Something I wish I would have known before even doing this, I didn't think to look at reviews. After the photoshoot they make sure to set you up on a Zoom call to review your photos and package options 2 weeks later instead of right away with the photographer. You cannot miss or reschedule your phone call or else you do not get this opportunity to review your photos. Your zoom call is with a sales person essentially and you don't get to view your finished pictures which is odd, they just show you the unedited photos the photographer took, that was unexpected. After you choose which ones you like they show you the photo packages and pricing. When I tell you I was in shock and all of the excitement went straight down the drain, I'm serious. The highest package cost $7,300 yes, for 20 photos, a story book and bigger framed photo! the lowest package cost was $2500 for 7 digital photos. This is a SCAM, yes the photos are beautiful but the fact that they could possibly charge this much for photos and keep it so hush until you are on the zoom call with them is absolutely ridiculous. I cried after I had to turn the offer down and only choose one photo for the free 8X10 because it was such a scam and I felt so upset to not be able to cherish my babies first photoshoot. They try so hard to sell you any package and variations they can but even just one 8x10 photo was $200 per photo. This is absolutely Insane!! They try to end with the quality of their water proof photos and high resolution is why it costs so much! NO WAY, I think companies really think they are only ones who can provide special things to what they are selling. As a owner of a printing company this can achievable anywhere.. basically too good to be true scam. read more

An absolutely MAGICAL experience from start to finish! We walked in to a movie room with glitter walls and comfy recliners to watch Inside Out while we waited (very short wait) while they got ready for us. Then, my daughter went into her private dressing room prior to having her hair and make-up done. The HMU is AMAZING!!!! Do NOT turn down the access to Glimmer. It is worth every penny ($49). During the actual photo session, our photographer was just fantastic. She had a way with my daughter and had her giggling throughout the shoot for that natural smile. After the shoot, your child gets a prize from the treasure box as you make your appointment to come back and view the images. We went in two days later to view the images, and they show you a video of all of the pictures on a huge screen set to music. My daughter thought she was a movie star. The pictures are all so great that it is difficult to narrow down your favorites because they have several different backdrops and props. It is NOT a high pressure sales pitch at all. I told them we were there for the magical experience and just wanted to view the image and pick one for our complimentary photo (with the promotion that we had). I was never pressured at all. If anything, it was the complete opposite. All information that you can ever need to know is on their website under FAQ's including prices, access to Glimmer, etc. There were and should be no surprises as long as you do your research. Enchanted Fairies is a scam sponsored everywhere in Facebook with fake reviews. They will make your suppose to be magical family experience into hell after the photoshoot. Please be warned that their prices starts : for 9 pictures starts at 2500, 3500, 7300 to 13000. Yes you will get scammed as the woman showing you the pictures is so professional you will not think you are being scammed in broad daylight and when you realize it few hours after it's already too late as they make you signed a NO Cancellation, NO refunds document base on the zoom video where you said yes to everything the scammer ask you. You are going to be shown the pictures of your cute kids and yes they pull that string to make you say yes to their exorbitant prices. We have a Facebook group, Enchanted fairies scam group, and we have contacted our local news and will go national soon so to warn other mothers, fathers, grandmothers, uncles and aunties. Mothers like me work hard to provide for their family just to be stolen from these thieves. Again they are professional con artist who knows where your soft spot is (your children). After your zoom call with them you will then realize that you got conned and if you wanted to reverse your mistake it's too late. Kailey the heartless manager will laugh at you on the phone saying you shouldn't have agreed on the call hence we told you there there is absolutely no cancellation. I am in contact with my credit card company and local authorities. Please be warned! To enchanted fairies management. Yes you might get away with it for a lot of times, But it will not last. Scamming a lot of people doesn't make you successful. Leaving off stolen money never goes a long way. read more

To start with I would say the pictures were awesome. I never could get such a picture anywhere else. When i read the website & called them they said the picture taking process could take 30 mins to an hour. So, we went prepared. It took a little bit extra to start since they was a challenged girl before us who was taking quite some time. She did look happy with all the fairy like costume and hair do when she came out so we were OK about the waiting. When the photo lady called us in, she was really inviting and very friendly. My son loved taking pictures and she was asking us to pose him in every possible way. I thought that was really nice of her since they knew that there was a possibility i might not pay anything more than the $25 which would go for the charity. That really was awesome. She took around 45 minutes to finish with his pictures. The props were really indulging for my son since he didn't want to come out of the studio. The mirror and the grass were so amusing for him i guess. lol. After we finished they informed that it would take around 4 weeks for the picture to be ready and would email us. i called them after 4 weeks and they said it wasn't ready but i went directly on the 5th week and got my free 8x10 picture. overall, it was a great experience and we love the picture :). it was worth the $25 groupon. i would recommend all to get a pic of your cutie from here. its a dream :) No picture would equate to the one from enchanted fairies. My little warrior sure is a magic in his picture. Everyone was so amazed by the picture and he giggles when he sees his picture. We Love it :) read more

Well, after going through the whole process I can rate this experience. The photographer was ok and got some good shots, but when it came to my autistic son we kept trying to get him to stop making his goofy faces. The photographer wanted us to stop and just let him do it. We explained that you have to take the shot in-between him making his goofy faces. He did not do this. So some of the pictures we ended up seeing that had his silly face we didn't like. The pictures of my daughters turned our really nice. Our session ended 30 minutes early and he already had the next family waiting, so it didn't feel as "special" as I thought. During our preview to see the pictures, we were pretty satisfied with how they turned out overall. We were very disheartened about the prices though. The cheapest package was something like $3500 for only 7 pictures! Or $200 a picture without photoshopping "magic" and $500 digital with photoshop. I think its great for people who are well off and don't care about cost, but for us, it was just not in the budget with one income and we felt that it was way overpriced. We ended up getting our free 8x10 that was included with the sitting fee. I ended up going on Amazon and getting elf ears, fairy wings and other items and getting the kids dressed up and went into the woods close to home and took my own photos using my iphone. I then downloaded Picsart app and had really stunning results that were fun to make at a fraction of the cost. So, if you are on a budget and not rich, I would recommend doing it yourself and then using an app to make your own "magic". . read more
