But ... that's also part of why I was so horrified by the customer service here. I came in at 5:15ish. The store closes at 6pm. I said I would be fast and just wanted to try a few on because I'd lost weight recently, they gave me two of the same bra and I went in the dressing room to try them on. Asked for one more size, tried that on and when I came out to see if I could try another kind of bra, *the lights were actually off.* I looked at the time. *It was 5:35.* IN MY LIFE, I have never seen it. I'm glad things are different now from when I worked retail and you couldn't even tell customers you were closing soon -- because there were times I'd end up staying for two hours after close with a customer who didn't end up buying anything at all. But turning the actual lights off a half-hour before close? While someone is in the dressing room? That's bananas. I was like "Oh my gosh, did I mess up? Are you closing now?" (knowing full well they had a half hour before close) and they were like, "Yeah, come in another day around 5 and you can get properly fitted." I must have looked confused, because I literally *did* come around five, and she says "actually 4:30 at the latest." Sorry, no. If you don't want customers arriving in your store after 4:30, and you want to close down at 5:30 ... don't say you close at six. Put that up on the door. Because no other store *on earth* has that policy. There are maybe four options in the whole city for those of us with a small band size/large cup size situation -- and anything we can find is going to be expensive as hell. This place, Busted, Rigby & Peller and Nordstrom. Loved that this place was close and regularly recommended it to others who had trouble finding non-standard sizes. Never again.

My personnel file is no longer available. I came in a while back and called which the representatives were unable to pull previous notes. My new current file has my name spelled wrong which makes it difficult to location my information. I gave my correct spelling which no one has updated my file to date. Busted Bra Shop will not repair or adjust any bras purchased at this location. That was one perk I loved about Bras Galore given these Bras were pretty pricey! If you purchased a bra (Bras Galore) and have to make adjustments later on they would do it free of charge. I found this useful when you realize after purchasing you need straps adjusted especially if you lose weight or hooks need to be replaced. I recently called about maternity bras which seemed to be a challenge to obtain info. The rep was not clear and I had to ask to speak to someone else. Let's be clear if you never purchased maternity bras your hope is to obtain clear guidance. I wanted to know when to come in to be fitted for a maternity bra the clerk said, "are you at your fullest". I wasnt sure what she meant by fullest. The other representative explained woman come in a few weeks before or after they birth their child. However if you need to special order a bra I can take up to 8 weeks. They will do their best to fit you pregnant but I doubt they will be willing to make any adjustments given they are not honoring Bras Galore policy.

Guessing the name may have led them to think that it was a bed linen store. Anyway me and The Queen popped in there after leaving The Hopleaf as we saw a make shift sign on their door advertising a flea marker, so we decided to pop in to see what was going on. As it was my first time in the store, I can say it is well organize and they seem to have something for everyone for the most part. The overall vibe is chill and light, and the staff was friendly. I was not even aware that the store had a back area, so we were directed through a door and saw several vendors selling their products. There was a mixture of items being sold, from panties to stickers. I ended up purchasing two very cute purses and some stickers to pass out to some of my co-workers who are high performers who are not being appreciated that simply stated "You deserve more than survival", which they loved as it made them pause and think about what their value was. The prices were not too crazy and the two purses I got were well made. Again going back to the vibe of the store, it is very welcoming and feels safe from judgment. Me personally, I felt like this would be a store to come to for recommendations and questions it you were unsure of what you were looking for. And now that I know they have these market days, I am going to keep an eye out for that to see if there are any more cute purses I can purchase.

The morning of the session I had also booked hair and makeup through someone she recommended, and their services were great! The session itself was also wonderful. Despite the fact that I had never done something along the lines of boudoir before, Magdalena gave a lot of instruction on how to pose and ensure my facial expressions also conveyed the right tone.
