It took them a while to respond. They finally did and I made it very clear I wanted a full set, even sent pictures of their work. I get there and not only it took a long time to do my lashe's, like over 3 hours.... maybe practice a little more because my lash tech in Houston do them a lot better and way less time, but not only was the time despicable but when she finally was done the lashes was so thin and not full at all. I truly wanted a refund. A waste of $160, if you want a classic set no matter what you book then go here, but if you want a FULL nice set that don't spend your whole morning getting, definitely find someplace else.

What really bothered me was the lack of communication. No one sat me down and explained what the extra services or costs would be, which would have let me make an informed decision. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for transparency or customer care.
