From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. The staff have always been warm and accommodating, check-in at the front desk is a breeze, and I love the locker rooms. After changing into a robe, you're guided to a quiet lounge where they have complimentary cucumber water for while you are waiting. The estheticians, nail techs and massage therapists have always been highly skilled, attentive to my comfort level, and very professional. This is my new go-to relaxation spot.

The same girl did both for me - she was so friendly and nice. My haircut went well, she did exactly what I asked - just got an inch off or so and some layers - so I was very happy with that. I will say however, my eyebrows were pretty uneven. When she originally handed me the mirror to look at them, I asked to get a little more taken off - and then when she gave me the mirror the second time, I'm not sure if it was because my eyebrows were red from the waxing or what, but I didn't notice a huge difference... until I got home and noticed that they were very different. So I had to end up plucking a lot myself when I got home. I know the ownership has changed hands sometime within the last year or two - and I'm not sure if that has something to do with it or not. Prior to this visit, I hadn't been in a year. I will say it seemed better priced than before, but I've usually had better experiences with my eyebrow waxing than this last time.
