What really bothered me was the lack of communication. No one sat me down and explained what the extra services or costs would be, which would have let me make an informed decision. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. I own several CND lotions and scrubs plus regular CND polish, which does not require a base coat. The gel though is not harsh on my nails and it is not terrible to get off.
