The stylist also gave me a haircut after I specifically asked if I was booked for one and explained I didn't want extra charges. She said she "had time" and went ahead, but then I was charged for it anyway. On top of that, I asked for a dark wine red and ended up with a super dark plum/purple that looks almost black in the light, which wasn't what I wanted. What really bothered me was the lack of communication. No one sat me down and explained what the extra services or costs would be, which would have let me make an informed decision. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for transparency or customer care.
