I did not know that I had to pay $95 for someone to screw up that much, especially when your hair looks like a five year old cut it. When I called back today, it's extremely sad how unwilling Chelee was to give me back a refund. She offered to fix it but I would never let anyone in that salon touch my hair again knowing how awful my experience was. She was also completely rude to me on the phone. I now have to go pay someone else to fix the mess that she did. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Overpriced and extremely low quality.
