The office staff, dental assistants, and dentists here do a great job! I have already had several cleanings in addition to a wisdom tooth removal surgery this past summer. I left with no residual infections, thankfully since this small procedure did still scare me. They offer you the chance to watch Netflix under a blanket if you so choose. I didn't partake this time. I was looking for a dentist closer to home and found this place listed within my insurance provider network coverage. First time visit was last week and I was impressed with the overall ambiance, equipment, cleanliness and friendly staff. During my initial visit, I was told (and shown) I needed a cavity fix - no biggie. I went ahead and scheduled a follow up. I came in today for my follow up appointment. Upon arrival, I had some issues regarding billing and didn't feel comfortable to undergo care due to uncertainty of the actual total cost. That said, I called my dental insurance (while I waited in the chair) to sort this out and was told, this practice is in network yet the front desk provided an estimated bill for $257 with my out of pocket expense at $206.60 (one tooth) for out of network coverage. After waiting one hour, I walked to the front to ask for an update. I requested to reschedule my appointment for a later date until I could find out why the billing discrepancies. Once I got home, I logged into my dental insurance and noticed Enamel Dentistry is still listed as "in network", however under a different doctor, who is no longer practicing with this business as per the front desk (I called to double checked info). Overall, very misleading and frustrating for a new patient to receive conflicting messages. I am torn whether to complete the proposed work or just wait for my 6 month visit reminder and see my former dentist. Two other reviewers mentioned billing issues so proceed with caution. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Jade Wylie since about 2018. i'm elderly & have needed more than regular dental care as I sleep with a CPAP machine & I've transitioned to an additional issue of grinding my teeth in my sleep. I made a quick transition to a mouth guard made to fit my teeth & grateful for it saving my teeth. I didn't worry about trying a new technology because I've built confidence in her judgement & her staff. I needed only one adjustment & have worn the guard every night since it was created for me. Every visit is a reassurance I'm receiving the best care & I trust each staff member because of the quality of care I receive each visit. As I age I'm grateful to still have my teeth & not having to deal with dentures like my parents did. You'll find a home with her. read more

Fantastic experience. I've avoided dentists since a "little cavity" turned into an abscess, and then a root canal, and ongoing issues since. That was years ago. Painful and frustrating. Years later, enter Dr. Wylie & team. They are outstanding. I've waited on this review to see how today's fillings went, after my cleaning two weeks ago. I've only had one filling...see above. Dr. Wylie made sure throughout that I was good, that things were ok, and that I knew what was going on start to finish. She remembered my bad experience and made sure to explain what she learned through the procedure as she dealt with the cavities. I even got a chipped front tooth fixed. this felt like a huge scam. they confirmed my insurance and said I had an out of pocket which I paid full leaving. now to find out they they charged me another full amount and blamed it on my insurance when they confirmed that this procedure was covered. Office was clean and staff was friendly but insurance policies leave much to be desired. Overcharged for my copay on both my visits (April and May), insurance paid in early May, and I have yet to receive my $116 refund. Calls to the office were shrugged off telling me that insurance payments are slow when I knew the insurance had already paid by the EOB and by calling the insurance. When after 2 months I persisted in requesting they check they told me the account had been settled - when I asked for my refund they backtracked and told me the insurance company had sent an electronic payment for the first claim but they are not set up to receive electronic payments and requested a paper check from the insurance which they had received. Stated they are still waiting on the second payment. This after spending much of my appt. time waiting for the staff to determine how much my copayment was, and being denied the credit for the first overpayment on my second visit. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! read more

Wow - what a great experience here! Dr. Jade is amazing. Went there for a deep clean and they took me in 5 minutes before my appointment, which was great! Everything is brand new and is state of the art - so you know you're getting the best from that stand point. The location is great and the clinic itself is spacious and super clean. I have nothing but nice things to say about this dentistry. I felt the staff here is nice and professional. My teeth cleaning was great. I went back for some cosmetic fillings for my 2 front teeth which also went really well. The facility is modern and clean. I booked a routine cleaning and didn't even get my teeth cleaned after nearly two hours of "routine scans and consultations". Yesterday was my first 6 month follow up visit @ Enamel Dentistry at Lantana Place. I was impressed with their Covid-19 protocols & was able to relax for my checkup & cleaning. I moved from that side of Austin to Buda last month & won't change my dentist because I receive great care from all of the staff. I'm looking into Invisalign for a issue that's developing & I'm glad to be able to do it in a place I already have confidence in. I've found a Dentist to carry me through my senior years. read more

I recently had my first appointment at Enamel Dentistry and was beyond impressed. I am not usually one to write reviews, but felt inclined to after having such a wonderful experience. The office is very nice and super clean. Dr. Wylie was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions about the Invisalign process with patience and ease. She and her entire staff were so friendly with my 22 month old daughter who I had to take with me after my babysitter cancelled. When she got anxious they let her sit in the chair with me, put on cartoons for her, and brought her a snack and toy. One of the young ladies even held her in another room while I had my x-rays. Despite having all the newest and most advanced technology, they also had very reasonable pricing and made sure to contact my insurance to see what was covered.
