Everything went well! I have finally found a place that I want to go to every week. Joe is wonderful and accommodating and skilled at what he does. I got a regular manicure... But it was very very special. I can't wait to go back next week and maybe even get a manicure and a pedicure. read more

I really wanted to like this place it's really close to my work and the employees are nice but my gel x nails chipped 3 days after i got them. I went back to get them fixed which they did but it's quite useless when 2 days later more are chipping. This also happened to my sisters nails when she got hers done too. Also they offer $5 off when you give them a 5 star review. read more

Went to get my acrylics removed and the owner spent a lot of time talking about me and my nails (my acrylics were thicker than he expected) behind my back because they thought I could not understand Chinese. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Would not go back. read more

Made an appointment online to come in for a regular pedicure and everything was so seamless and I think a good price for NYC ($30)! The manicure was quick and good. I had smudged one toe while I was drying and they insisted they fix it even though it was my fault! I'll definitely be back! read more

Very nice employees, but used essie gel top coat in place of activator for dip nails. That is not chemically how dip nails should work and the same essie gel top coat was used as my actual top coat. Nail shape and color is very good but unfortunately will probably fall off my nails within the next couple days considering it was never chemically activated to be dip nails and was completed with drug store top coat! read more

Stopped by during happy hour for a gel manicure! After soaking my old gel off, the $35 cash HH discount, and an upcharge for the French tips, it came out to $50. An amazing deal for a great manicure!! My nail tech showed a lot of care as she worked, filing down her emery boards to get just the right grain. And they're QUICK, quicker than some others in the neighborhood. I was in and out in 45 minutes! read more

They are great! They did such an amazing job with my nails and were very nice. I will be returning.

If you like friendly faces, high quality work with a clean and welcoming vibe, this is your place. Recently, I had a horrible nail salon experience and have now just had an amazing one, so I want to share. I walked in and was greeted by the nail tech very kindly and politely. He was relaxed and soft spoken, and had a warm demeanor. Once he started working on the mess that the last salon created, I could tell that he was a total pro. I felt immediately at ease and confident in his technique. I seriously can't believe how well he was able to repair my broken and chipped nails. I will definitely be back. Thank you! read more

I had the best experience here. The staff is so friendly and does an excellent job. Mandy is the best! I will be back

Cute spot on the corner of 16th/3rd (address is listen wrong on here). Came with 2 girlfriends and they were able to get us all in and Some but not all covid requirements still active. Beware of Becky's (baby Karen's not wearing a mask/wearing it properly). read more

Waste of money to come here. Two better salons on 17th and 18th st. They just don't care. A basic mani was over in 10 minutes and of course, had jagged nail edges, they did not even try to push the cuticle back although I tired asking twice, and the nail polish chipped the next day. They don't soak your nails in salt, they use a dime size oil packet to soak the cuticle and whatever is left is used to "massage" both hands but don't wipe or wash the oil off after so it leaves you sticky and dirty. Just do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

Great experience at enail. Walked in for a SNS dip polish manicure around 5pm on a Monday and got in immediately. They were really quick and attentive when my nails were soaking the old polish off and I was impressed that 1) they gave me gloves over the foils so I could still use my phone/do things and 2) they changed out the cotton balls with acetone halfway through so it would soak better. The price was also really good, $35 for SNS is good when I've seen $40-$60 in the city. Here's why 5 stars though: good, honest people. I accidentally left my diamond ring at the salon, headed back to Brooklyn, and didn't realize after a 45 minute commute. I called them and they had it and I went right back for it. New York isn't known for honesty so I am so happy they were good people because many other places would have just said no and kept it. Will definitely come back for more! read more

This place is really great. Clean and nice staff. Accomplished and skilled. I wish they would stop trying to upsell, but with the massive competition on the block, and nearby salons perhaps they need tipsy their rent! I recommend them for sure and maybe you will wait for a few minutes but it's worth it - their powder gell lasts and looks fresh for weeks read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Extremely expensive and they don't give a shit about your time. Had me wait 45 minutes in the pedi chair til I finally walked out. WTF??!!! Below is a pic I took at 4 pm and another at 4:45 pm and these people were doing the SAME EXACT THING!! No apology for the delay. No nothing! There are plenty of other nail spas in GP. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I normally go to the midtown location but this is closer to where I live and I thought I'd give it a shot since it's the same "company". Although there was no wait time on Sunday evening, it was definitely NOT THE SAME SERVICE I asked for the powder. Personally I like powder because I think it fills all the way to the nail bed. It looks clean and polished. I had a male nail tech who was really nice, but Went through the whole process WAYYYYY too quickly. When he was doing my cuticles, there was no cuticle oil involved. (The bottle was sitting right next to me) The cuticles were hastily done, if at all. Dipping was done very aggressively and rather thick. I had to ask him to file it down even more than usual. My nails also look like it's slightly grown out. (Not filled to the top) I'll only go to the midtown location. read more

I got my nails with dip on 1/23 and they were looking good, but exactly a week later 2 nails chipped / cracked. So, I got them redone because they fix within 10 days of your OG appointment for free but it took them more than an hour and 30 minutes (in fact I had to leave and come back bc I had a workout class, lol) to do FOUR nails. Today, 2 nails have cracked and 1 of those was a nail I got repaired less than 48 hours ago. I'm not really sure what's the deal but typically my dip lasts anywhere 16-20 days no chipping at all. They were nice but due to the time it takes and for how they last less than 8 days for $42, it's just not worth it read more

I went in for a basic mani/pedi. I'd come back because this salon completes 95% of the steps in the service, which unfortunately almost NO other salon in the city does anymore!! The manicurist ACTUALLY EXFOLIATED MY FOOT instead of weakly running the pumice across and saying any more effort requires a callous treatment. She offered a third coat in both mani and pedi. She took care to file my nails evenly and clean up the hang nails which is generally lacking at most places. The negatives - during the mani there is no water to dip your fingers in, so they're trying to cut dry cuticles and skin, which does not work well and is uncomfortable. I would come back for a pedi over a mani due to lack of soaking. All Enails are not the same - 32nd St. is great, 14th St is not, this one is medium. read more

Rushed job. I will not be returning. Seemed annoyed I was there and my cuticles still hurt (which never happens).

Yikes, would not recommend for a regular mani pedi. Two stars for being relatively cheap and having new nail polishes. My mani pedi lasted 2.5 hours. The technician didn't speak English which I don't mind, but no one was helpful in easing communication (I asked to have Zoya base + topcoat to go with my Zoya color and couldn't explain it). The color was applied SO thickly, that 6 hours later it's still not completely dry. I had to wear closed toe shoes three hours after my pedi and my nails got completely ruined (photo attached). Hands are marginally better.. Sad to say it was a waste of money :( read more

Amazing experience! Everyone was nice. Place was extremely clean. Large variety of colors for any type of product you want to use(nail polish, gel polish, or powder). Prices are decent and the technician took her time and made sure everything looked good. While removing my gel manicure, technician asked if I wanted a massage for a decent price and she kept checking in to make sure the massaging pressure was good. Really like this place. Prices are all labeled on each manicure station, so no surprises! They give a 10 day window to fix any issues with gel or powder manicures...just amazing!!! Will definitely go back and recommend! read more

E-nail is the best quality dip powder manicure I've gotten anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn, and I've gone soooo many places. Plus the price is spectacular. $35 for dip manicure on card. Everyone here does a great job -- nails shaped evenly and smooth and nice and thin. I especially love Mingwei, though, and happily wait as long as necessary for him! I can't recommend this salon enough, I send alllll of my friends here and am regularly stopped and asked where I go. read more

A Flight Attendant here loves Enail. I am a flight attendant and I get my nails done all the time. Ever since I switched from a different place(I used to do regular gel) to Enail, I am done exploring and reading the reviews on Yelp/google of other nail salons in the city. Enail is absolutely the best place for powder gel nails in Manhattan. With my personal experience, gel is good, but it gets chipped or peeled easily. Powder gel sticks on your nails, it lasts a good two weeks in good condition until you get new colors. Enail's price is very reasonable for such a long lasting manicure. They also offer 10 day guaranteed service, if your nails get chipped within 10 days, they fix it with no charge. I've been doing my nails here for about 4 months now and I got one cracked nail from working(constantly opening soda cans and touching hard materials) and Yoyo, who does my nails all the time fixed it quickly with no problem. Their color choices is great as well. This nail salon I used to go in DC area, had only about 8 colors for powder gel. At Enail, I always have a hard time picking a color because they have SO many color selections. I usually pick 3-4 colors I like and ask Yoyo what she thinks and she finds the best one for me. We all have been there like, 'Ugh this is not the color I wanted.' But the powder gel color sample bars show exact the color - you'll get what you pick and you'll love your nails. What do I get on the plane? I get asked where I get my nails done all the time from the passengers and my colleagues(because we flight attendants know good gel/powder nails and the good colors.). And I'm keep spreading the words to my flight attendant friends. Don't go anywhere else. Once you go to Enail, you'll be hooked. read more

I love it here - I have gotten regular pedicures, gel manicures, and SNS powder dip manicures and they've all been great. The prices are cheaper by a few dollars if you pay in case ($32 for gel or powder dip manicure, which is cheaper than I've seen elsewhere for powder). The manicures last for a really long time (3-4 weeks for powder dip, no chips) and they guarantee that they'll fix the work if it chips in 10 days as long as you have a photo of the receipt. I just started going to this place when they opened over the summer and have been religiously going back, and have also referred about 5 of my friends to it who all love it as well and continue to go back. I recommend making an appointment as they get busy during after work hours. Last thing - there are about 4-5 nail salons in between my apartment and enail, and I still choose to walk the extra distance to go to them. read more

I had a great experience getting a gel manicure. Maggie took her time to make sure each mail was perfect. I'll be back!

They were completely unable to match the colors in my reference photographs (~Essie 711 pink). And SNS manicure turned out extremely thick/thicker than all my previous gel manicures. I asked them if they could file it down and thin it out more for next time. They told me, if I had it any thinner, it would break. A COMPLETE LIE. I went down the street, had the gels removed, nails RESHAPED, and redone. Turned out a million times better. While it was my first SNS manicure, I am still able to recognize when something sucks. Don't lie to your customers. read more

I'm so glad they opened a second location. The first one can get very crowded. I just tried this location today and I can say that it's just as good if not better than the original. The decor and building is beautiful and cozy. Everything feels new. I had Cathy and she did a beautiful powder gel on me. Also they only charge 32 if you pay cash for a powder gel. Love them. Worst powder manicure I've ever had lol it cracked within 3 days and 2 nails fully chipped off within 1 week

I have been a loyal enail customer since summer 2019, but I will not be returning. I loved enail because of their extensive color selection and affordable prices for SNS/dip powder. In Fall of 2020 I realized my nails were breaking and chipping within a week of every time I was getting them done. I realized that they have changed he brand of dip powder they use to generic and are phasing out the branded powders - this has to be the cause of the chipping. I am very upset with this change and will no longer be returning. read more

I went in for a regular polish manicure around 6:30 pm on a Friday. I was attended to by one of the ladies (I think her name was Linda?). She literally completed my manicure in 7 minutes. She didn't buff my nails or file them properly. She didn't even care to remove the little nail dagger things that I have so many of. She did a pretty decent job with the polish but it has started to chip already. Overall I was pretty disappointed. The service wasn't the best and the lady doing my nails was very rude. read more

decent pricing but i gotten their sns powder dip here for the first time ever. i have to say i like the dip powder but wished they made it not as thick and also my nails weren't filed super straight and squared like i suggested. either way, i'd come back again. the service was good. i also suggest for them to clean their tools because it doesn't look like they clean their nail clippers, cuticle cutters, etc. read more
