Oliver's error cost me $380 and Terry refused to reimburse me…read more My car hit a deer and I called Oliver Auto Body because of the good online reviews. When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

Terry and the secretary were dishonest and non-transparent with the parts delivery timeline. When…read moreI asked questions, I was met with hostility and there was no communication between the staff at Oliver's. I then called the place where the parts were ordered from to get a date of when the parts would be delivered as my rental coverage was running out, and because the secretary reported I went over their heads by calling the parts store refused to do the job after waiting four weeks. Also, my mirror got damaged in the parking lot of the shop because it's in a terrible, unsafe location. Don't waste your time!

We dealt with Evan both times in securing our car loan and both times went seamlessly. He is very personable and professional. Joe Rodger's was a salesperson for the second car ( unfortunately, I forgot the name for the first car) and it was actually fun. He even was good with our dog, Coco. Not planning on any future cars but would definitely go back to Haddad Subaru! Side note: Earlier this year we bought a car at Coggins in Pittsfield. It was 4 months of run around to get a title after paying cash for the vehicle. Like night and day with Haddad. Coggins didn't even do the inspection - told us there was a place down the road we could go to get one.

Our family bought 3 vehicles from him in the last 2 years, the third was yesterday. I'm a nightmare car shopper! Calling, emailing or texting dealerships within 100 miles to make sure the best deal is what I sign. I have no qualms backing out at the last minute if a better deal rolls. I beat up the price and ask tons of questions after already doing the research and knowing my bottom line. I go for what I really want for the price I want to pay until someone says, "Yes". I'm that customer. Steve keeps his cool and his feathers don't get ruffled. He asks what he can do to get my business ever time. No bs or hardline decisions to be made on the spot. He had to earn my business regardless of past experience. And he came through with flying colors. Professional, good communicator even in the midst of wanting to kill me for changing my mind last minute and brought my business back to him. As for the finance guy... he leaves little to be desired as my last impression of the dealership. He pouted and threw a mini tantrum when I said, "No"... I had no preconceived ideas about him. I came home and my partner had the same experience with him. Not professional. Don't tell me I made a mistake not buying something on a leased vehicle! Fear tactics are lame The sales manager did a good job getting right to the point, allowing the salesperson to do his job and not stepping in to pressure me. Kudos for not turning me over or micro-managing. 2 out 3 great people to deal with earns them 5 for the record and a 4 on the backside.
