We have used Vinnie since 2008 to take our staff out in our Xmas party and has been great. Last year we used another company because one of co-workers asked us to try a friend, which we did and was the worst decision we made. The guy showed up late and then didn't want to give us any credit as he said there was traffic. We learned our lesson and realized there is no one better than Lightning Limos. First off, he has the best buses ever with the next technology. For example, imagine playing music videos off your iPhone with TV screens on. Then you have so many lighting and lasers inside as if you are at a party. No need to leave the bus and can party inside all night. He really is the best company as the buses are amazing, the service is unbelievable, the experience is second to none, and the price is better than any other companies. I've used other car services over the past 30 years in Los Angeles. They have all been professional, but this company is special. I moved 25 miles North of L. A. two years ago and wanted to find a local company. I just thought I would try this company to compare. The first time I contacted the company, Vin arranged a pickup for my elderly mother at LAX and brought her to my home in Santa Clarita. They were attentive to her mobility issues and comfort. The driver engaged my mother in conversation about education and international travel, and my mother arrived delighted and grateful. My mother is no pushover, either, so that was quite an accomplishment! I hadn't even given the company my correct credit card information, and Vin politely and patiently got the info from me a good 5 days later. I'm not kidding. I've used this car service regularly since that first occasion, and they have gone above and beyond in professionalism and courtesy. I once texted last minute, near 10:00pm that I had a flight to catch in the a.m., and Vin set up a car for me with one step. Done! It doesn't get any better than this. I found several company, but lightning limo had the highest rating and when I talked to French, she was very friendly ,helpful and accommodating. So I'm looking for a limo bus for a birthday party. I call Lightning Limos based on their consistent 5 star reviews, I'm thinking this has got to be the one! I tell the guy I spoke to on the phone, don't think he mentioned his name, that I'm looking for a limo bus for a Saturday night late in April. He says oh that's Prom, can you change to Friday? Um no, I'm calling for Saturday. He says it's really busy because of Prom so i asked if he's booked then,he says no. So I say Great! What do you got? He quickly/abruptly gives me the run down of the bus sizes. I said I need a bus for about 20 and want to do a pub crawl type thing. He said "8 hours min. at $2400.00. YES, that's right! $2400.00! WTH?? I don't want to buy the bus! I was in shock and couldn't even do the math. He said that will be $300 an hour. That's the "Prom" rate. I'm thinking you have got to be out of your mind. I was given a quote from someone in San Diego that was willing to come up the the SFV for $150 an hour! I said I hope that comes with a stocked bar amongst other things!!! He said well it's Prom and that's our Prom quote.I reminded him that I'm not going to the prom! He say's well I can't give it to you for a less price if I can make that much on Prom night. Hmm... sounds like price gouging to me! You can keep your bus and drive around those bratty teenagers on prom night all night long. You are never getting my business. read more

Hands down the best limo/party bus service in LA. I was helped by French, the most accommodating and polite person and she set up our party; she aligned us with the right transportation/pickup/drop off (at a more reasonable price than other services). She made it so easy. Unfortunately we had to cancel (within a week of our set date) and French charged us no cancellation fee. Other places would usually charge a large fee but she didn't. Honest and good services are hard to come by and I was extremely impressed with this company. They genuinely care and I could not be more appreciative/grateful. I would highly recommend them as they are good people with great intentions. So happy with my choice and will definitely continue to use them. Without question the best limo service I have ever dealt with. They are very attentive, very detail oriented, and very prompt. The prices are very competive and the limos themselves are top of the line. If you're with a large group, be sure to look into the limo buses. Our company has taken them out with as many as 50 people and as few as 10 people. Used Lightning Limos for the first time for my daughters Sweet 16 birthday and it was great!! I met with Vin and toured the bus that he recommended, I was able to go inside the bus and take a good close look and Vin explained since it was for a 16th b-day he will provide soda and water for the built in bar. He followed up with me two days before the party and confirmed all arrangements. On the day of my daughters party, Frankie our driver texted me to confirm time and address of pickup. Lightning Limos arrived early and the limo was bigger than I thought it would be. It was very spacious, plush and the driver was very kind, friendly, and professional. He took care of us the entire time like we were celebrities. The drive was great and got me anticipating the actual viewing party. When I arrived at the penthouse, I was in awe; there's only one way to describe the penthouse: awesome. High ceilings, great artwork, creativity, and the best view of Los Angeles was in abundance. There was great food, an assortment of drinks, but the best thing about the viewing party were the people. There's nothing like celebrating and discussing a Laker game with fans who are knowledgeable about the game, can offer suggestions, and know the history of a historic franchise. The vibe was both casual and energetic and the energy picked up as the game wore on which made the great finish that much better. Everyone was cheering, offering opinions, suggestions and overall enjoying each other's company. I was nervous because I didn't really know anyone besides my guest, but after being there for five minutes, I felt right at home and that was in large part due to the TLN staff.
