I don't generally write reviews, but Empowered Charters deserves a glowing one. We had chartered a party-bus for an Iranian-American friend's birthday. Unfortunately, the night before or party, the war between the US / Israel and Iran broke out. Obviously nobody was in the mood to celebrate, and so we called Empowered Charters to tell them that the event was off. Of course, with such a late cancellation, EC was not obligated to do anything or give us any kind of break, since the charter had already been paid for, and the cancellation was due to our decision. Instead, we got a lovely note from EC, commiserating with us and wishing safety for any friends and family we or our guests may have in Iran. EC said that they'd give us a 100% of our payment as a credit to use whenever we wanted. We did reschedule the party a few months later and had an amazing time. I must say that such a deeply human gesture, and the amazing time that followed means that Empowered Charters has earned this customer for life! read more

FYI the business also has a DBA "Party Bus LA" From the moment of booking to dropping off our guest at the end of the event, I am impressed by the level of service! We ordered the 24 passenger Party Bus and it was super clean and luxurious! They had plenty of trash cans. They provided ice cups, water, and sodas! This bus was super spacious and had a lot of features that brought the vibe such as the music, the laser and the lights on the roof! Our driver Douglas, was super sweet and accommodating! Please be sure to tip your driver as well for their hard work!! I will definitely be using this service again, and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family! read more

Everything about my experience was five star! The communication was stellar, our driver, Brian, was amazing, and they paid attention to the details. A member of our party has a severe environmental allergy and they took extra care to make sure we did not have any exposures while on the bus. This was my first time renting a party bus and we could not have been happier with the service we received. From questions, to booking, Jennifer made it all seamless and an excellent experience. I was uncertain of the type of bus we needed or wanted and Jennifer sent me very detailed videos to give me a better idea of what was available. We definitely needed the party bus versus the sprinter as that would seat 24 guests comfortably. The bus was clean, air conditioning worked great on a hot evening, fun color changing lights in the interior and music was our choice by Bluetooth. Adrian was our driver and arrived early, earlier than any of our guests, which was great so we had time to stock / decorate the bus. Adrian was very friendly, had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help when we needed it. The bus came stocked with ice, beverages / water and you are welcomed to bring any extras that you would like. Overall, everything was very professional , a great success and reasonable for the fun and awesome experience we all had. My favorite feature was being able to see an amazing wide angled view of the road from the window just above the drivers seat. The steps to book the bus are super easy, minimal, and digital. I booked a 26-person party bus to a concert in LA over the weekend, and my experience with the company was just fantastic. The bus was huge and probably could've fit more than 26 people! It was also very clean, well-stocked with water, soda, and cups, and the Bluetooth equipped with adequately loud speakers made the whole experience very enjoyable for our group. Note to self: if planning to book a bus for LA Coliseum, do expect to walk a few blocks because the area is absolute chaos after a big stadium concert. On top of the concert running late, our group ended up going an hour over the time I booked. Miguel, our driver, was very understanding and did everything in his power to make it easy for us as a group to be picked-up and dropped-off. Initially, the company charged me for the extra hour, but Vin reached out to me and refunded the extra hour after listening to my concerns.
