All we needed was a professional, clean and polite car service Company for both corporate and personal travel. My husband and I found that with Lightning Limos. First time we used them there was constant communication with us via text and email. The driver showed up early with a smile. Turns out he is a highway patrol retiree. Excellent. My husband is a LAPD retiree so, I slept whilst they got on like a house on fire. Our return service was equally positive. They scheduled the same driver to our delight. Consistency is key. Lightning Limos was referred to me by a great friend, and from the beginning( reservation / inquiry) the team was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in all the questions I had regarding their service. I was able to view videos of each of the passenger vans to see which one was a great fit for my event. French and Vin were fabulous and they keep me updated regarding the details of the event. The added feature of having a GPS link provided to track the passenger van was a huge plus. Maria was excellent driver! She was very kind, experience, as well as very comfortable with each of the passengers that were included in my event. Administrative pieces were a breeze! A lot of contract information to review upfront but after that, information flowed freely and paying for the event was no hassle. I'm surprised these guys haven't been reviewed yet. We've been using Lightning Limos for our corporate transportation for quite some time. This is why: 1. Car's are very clean - the word mirror comes to mind when describing the paint in their black limousines; 2. The drivers' are courteous, knowledgeable and well trained; 3. The customer service staff are very well trained, and also extremely accommodating. The bottom line is that I use these guys because they are always on time, their drivers are respectful and courteous, and their service is exemplary! I called very last minute to book a party bus for my friends and family for my husbands birthday. I was extremely uneasy with the idea because I wanted a responsible and reputable driver. I was not looking for the "deal" and certainly not some young kid texting or talking on the phone while driving us from Santa Clarita to Montecito and back. I spoke to Vin and immediately felt at ease. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. He recommended the Zeus Party Bus and gave me a detailed description promising I would not be disappointed. I requested his insurance information and it was emailed direct from his broker along with the contract in lightning speed in a following email. I am very critical of absolutely everything especially when I am the hostess. Vin arrived early and made sure our guest were inside before my husband and I walked outside. I was very happy when I approached the bus, it was sparkling clean inside and out. It was so spacious in the interior, blacked out windows, privacy curtain, laser lights and two poles. It was the perfect mini club on wheels! I turned up the music and off we went at 9:30 am, yes 9:30 am for Sunday brunch. Vin was very accommodating each time we needed to stop. There was heavy traffic on our return trip, he was a very good driver never slamming the brakes or weaving in and out of traffic. All of our guest enjoyed his attentiveness. My husband and I received all positive compliments from our guest on his party bus and the experience. My older children have enjoy a party bus one to two times per year for different events and they said he was super chill and it was the best party bus they have ever been on! I was apart of the homecoming bus issue where our bus was a few hours later to the dance and had some problems with the driver on the way there. I honestly had so much fun on the bus. Typically, you pay lots of money to be on a bus that you're on to the event and back, which sucks because the bus is always so much fun! In this case, we may have been late to our dance, but it was so fun being able to be on the bus and listen to music that the dance is not allowed to play. After our driver made some mistakes, Vin stopped what he was doing and made his way to our dance to personally drive us all the way back home safely. I don't know of any company where someone would go above and beyond. Everybody has bad days and I seriously think our driver had a bad one, which caused some problems to stir up, but in the end i had a great time. I would recommend this company to everyone, Vin is awesome! read more

Great service all around. From initial chat via Facebook to speaking to vin to lock things down. We opted to take the party bus down to our cruise so we could start the party right away. It was my daughters 21st birthday and she sure was surprised when the sprinter showed up. She said" that's what the Kardashian's ride in. Lol. For the way back we just wanted to get home so had them pick us up in the Escalade which was super nice. I had told Vin our boat arrived back at 7 am and to pick us up them he said we wouldn't be off before 10. Rented with this place for our annual Christmas party. Great ride! We went with the Zues bus since we had 19 to seat. He said it would fit 22 and I'd say that is a fair assesment. It was roomy and you could stand and walk around in it.The bus was exactly as described, clean and fun. Everything worked and the stripper poles (blush) were as my co-worker says "the real kind" that turn. Someone got a movie at the gift exchange and since the bus had a TV we were able to pop it in and watch it! Very cool! It was well stocked with sodas and water- we asked for a dry bus, alcohol was available if requested. Our driver Adon was wonderful. He was available by text so when we needed to be picked up I just sent him a text and he arrived. He stood at the door and helped us in and out at every stop. The bus was the highlight of the night for sure. They also left a Christmas card and gift box of chocolates in the bus for us which I thought was a nice touch. I called at least 15 places before choosing Lightning Limos. Best value hands down. Lots of places wouldn't drive to Palmdale and these guys were more than happy to do so.
