I went to see Izette at Real Rehab as a referral from a friend and I was thrilled by the…read morerecommendation! My reason for going to rehab was from an ankle injury that didn't heal. It was an interesting situation with my and Izette knew just what to do. She got right to work and had my ankle/foot situation fixed up in no time at all; a true miracle-worker! I really appreciated her know-how of what to do for an effective treatment as well as some great exercises to do at home. Stellar physical therapist and great space to boot, in Northgate. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of any sort of rehab/ physical therapy!! - Kerri K.

I had visited several doctors, massage therapist, and acupuncturist over the years to try to find relief and nothing was working. Not only has Michelle been incredible at making connections to get to the root of my injury, but I also left my first physical therapy session pain free. Yes, you read that right. Pain-free for the first time in TWO YEARS!! I've been coming here for over a month now and my pain has consistently been almost non-existent or very low on the pain scale if I do have a flare-up. I got my life back and I'm so grateful for Michelle and the rest of the team at Real Rehab for their expertise.

I won't go into details like I usually do, HIPAA and all (well, because it's not your business),…read morebut I will say I LOVE LOVE LOVE my PT. I would give you her name, but I'm not sure how specialized she is, and HIPAA and all... But I've tried out a few PTs in my day and the one I have here is just awesome--totally chill and yet well-versed in her field, totally personable yet professional enough so that you don't feel strange letting someone lay their hands on you. The only thing I don't like about this place is that, every time you check in, they must check your info--number, address, insurance, etc. I don't like this because HIPAA and all and it's just weird. Maybe it's a UW thing, as it's happened before at another location, but most other places in my life simply say, "Has anything changed?" or even have it on the sign-in form. Maybe that doesn't work for those who simply have forgotten, but I think there's a better way, such as having them check in electronically, assuming they can read. I also think it's weird because, for the elderly, they ask things like, "Are you employed?" or "What about your spouse?" I don't know about you, but if I had just lost my job, that might be a sensitive question; isn't the more relevant question what insurance they have? It's even worse asking about a spouse; what if they are dead? Sensitive and irrelevant. But my PT is awesome enough for me to deal with this, and apparently many others since their wait list for new patients can be pretty daunting. That said, I plan to write to the administration at the hospital to let them know they may wish to consider making changes. Bottom line: If you are effed up at any point, check 'em out! Fingers-crossed you never need them.

Love this woman--highly recommend her.

I initially connected with them back in August and had an initial teledoc to talk about my pain points and what they can help with. I really liked the physical therapist that connected with me as she has a lot of experience with pregnant women. I tried to make a follow up meeting by emailing my new client paperwork but never got a response. I called and asked when they will be available and also emailed but got no response again. I emailed again (and by then it's September) the front desk says they're not available till December. That defeats the whole purpose of me scheduling an appointment when my baby is due Nov 7th. I was really dissatisfied with their customer service of not really getting back to me in a timely manner or at least give me a heads up that they won't be available till December instead of me waiting from August to today to only find out they're not available. I highly do not recommend this facility as they lack prompt communication skills
