Everyone who works there is a top notch mechanic, friendly, and willing to explain whatever your car needs and to discuss costs. We continue to be very happy customers of Empire Too. When we were able to buy a new car in 2017, we deliberately purchased a Honda so that we could continue to benefit from Empire Too's excellent services. When we moved to Napa in mid-2019, we decided there is no reason to change shops because it is worth it to travel a bit to get high quality vehicle service from a trusted establishment (and we would hate to never see the guys at Empire Too again). Our 2007 Toyota is still functioning excellently even as the plastic bits within the car disintegrate. I love these guys - I never thought I'd post a review about mechanics, but they deserve it! They are super friendly, reasonably priced, and fast. Sometimes they are completely booked, but still let me drop my car off and try to fit it into their schedule. My story: I brought my car to them with a problem that I turned out having to take to a Toyota specialist to get fixed. They tried to fix it twice and in the end apologized that they couldn't fix it. They gave me credit for the cost of the first visit, didn't charge me anything for the second visit, and provided me with a great reference to get the problem fixed.
