We jumped into our car and headed to that location. The ladies there were just as friendly and very easy to get along with. While we all laughed and joked around a bit, they both stayed professional. The location is brand new, so it's very clean and with great prices. I would definitely recommend!

We drove over 400 miles and we even told them that we would be in town Sunday on their 'closed day', to which they responded "No problem, your units will be ready." We sat at the storage unit for hours because our units were locked and we were unable to access them. All of their "emergency contact numbers" go straight to voicemails, so heaven forbid there be a real emergency, and no one responded. Now, mind you, we have U-Haul vehicles and Tow trailers rented. So now we have to pay for extra days because this facility failed to get our units ready, but they DIDN'T fail to take our money!!!! If I could actually give this facility NEGATIVE stars, I would.
