When I was getting information about this service I was told resprays were free of charge. They are not. They charged me an extra $42 for this. When I signed up with this company they tricked me into signing a contract. They told me I was signing for them to be able to charge my card. The technician would not let me read this contract. What I was really signing was a contract for 24 months stating they will charge me $45 a MONTH for a service every 3 MONTHS! I called the office to cancel this service because why am I paying every month for a service every 3 months??? When I called, they FINALLY informed me about this contract. They said if I would like to cancel I have to pay $500. I have never heard anything like this before. I told them I will not be doing that and the lady started cussing me out and getting really aggressive. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau. This is such a scam and I truly hope they get shut down so no one will be put in the position I have been put in. This is the biggest scam for money I have ever seen personally.
