I did a white and black modern scheme, and neighbors walk by and comment how great it looks. Carlos was the project director and Sergio the crew leader, and both were a pleasure to work with. They answered my questions, were respectful of my property, and came back 2 days later for touch up. The job site was always clean. I am already getting a quote for the to paint my kitchen cabinets!

HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

In addition he was able to have a great drywall professional come and patch some very large holes in the wall, and quote out a basement project. He even had some flooring recommendations, (yup, this was a gut project). They are more than just paint, they are pretty much full service. Ryan was outstanding to work with from the beginning. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry, patiently answered detailed questions, responded even on weekends, and was extremely flexible with a tight pre-move schedule. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days. Pablo and Ryan were both meticulous during the final walkthroughs and took care of even very small touch-ups without nickel-and-diming us. The quality, communication, flexibility, professionalism, and overall ease of working with them were excellent. We will absolutely call Next Gen again when we are ready for future painting projects.

He waited while I collected multiple quotes, and then I circled back to schedule the work. I chose Next Gen because Ryan was responsive, informed, the quote was fair, and the terms were transparent. When the work started, communication throughout was superb. The crew's tenacity blew me away, and their attention to detail was especially impressive. It is the best experience I've had with a contractor as a homeowner. They nailed it (construction pun intended).

They have always completed the job on time or even quicker. Their prices are more than fair. They have painted both inside and outside and made repairs as needed to our 1920s bungalow.
