Run as far away as you can. You'll never get an update unless you ask for it. Where in which they will respond that it'll be with done within 60-90 every, when contacted they just respond with this and say they are a small shop lol. They obviously are cutting checks they cant cash to their customers. Id be completely embarrassed if this was my business but i guess i also deliver on my word so their probably use to it by now. Quite honestly I think they may be scamming at this point. OH FYI guys, this was a $3800 dollar gun i purchased for my dad as a gift lol. So now no gun, no money, and as i just got an email i guess they don't give refunds lol. So with that said WTF. You'll literally be at their mercy. Yet they have a new release of some new product every other day that's probably a scam also. FYI their not building a gun, they just have to make parts for them.... that's it. A couple cnc machines multiple axis, water jets, etc. this isn't rocket science guys i guess some people just struggle. Anyways, i guess ill see how this plays out it sucks so far. Absolutely terrible support. I ordered grips and they sent me a mag well. I emailed the day I received it and was told that despite what their website says "To start a return, you can contact us at sales@empirepbf.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." You will be required to pay for your own shipping. Their support is extremely condescending with their response regarding chargebacks (especially after I tried to resolve the issue amicably), see below "Too easy, we will supply them with the entire email chain you just sent & they will reverse it. The word to describe my experience with Empire would have to be Bespoke. Upon arrival I was completely thrown off by how low key the establishment was. This is apparently by design because what the owner at Empire seem to pride himself on is that they don't need to be loud. It's more like the saying if "you know, you know" and I defiantly know their products are of the highest quality because everything is made and designed in house. With their very precise quality machines, workers and only the best of materials you get what you pay for. Glock upgrades and custom work. I found them via Texas Gun Trader and had my glock 22 worked on. I am a veteran and learned that the whole team there is veteran owned and ran. They have great package deals with quality parts. I had my frame restippled and an upgraded trigger and sights installed. They put on a higher end agency arms magwell also. The best part- the turn around time. I dropped off Monday and picked up Wednesday. The work is solid- Yanez is a magician with the stippling and the frame work. Customer service is higher end as well. I spoke with Cameron and had great feedback and got the sense that they know what they are doing. I didn't feel like I was talking to a bunch of meat heads or mall ninjas about guns. Yanez was professional, knowledgeable, and easily knew what to do and how to get it done right. If you are a veteran- you must come by and support. They are moving to a bigger retail store in January 2018. read more

I recieved the trigger shoe for my p80 ( glock 19 gen 3). Purchased it in the coyote bronze, which is a perfect match to the p80 coyote color. Trigger was put together and and back in the pistol about 15 minutes. Very smooth pull and feel of the flat face trigger. Did do the drop test and function test for my own piece of mind, and it worked perfectly. High recommend this company. read more
