We'll seeing that this spot is around the corner from my house it's reliable. I usually get chicken wings or Chicken lo mien. the wings are pretty good when there crispy with some sauce on the side . And when I order the Chicken lo mein I usually get a side of garlic sauce on the side to amp up the flavor . There quick and it's usually not that packed. Never ever have a delivery guy banging on a customer's door when they're trying to have a delivery completed . We just order food via Grubhub, expected the allotted time, and just had the delivery guy come bang at our door, curse & hell at us, when he didn't even ring the door bell. (Which we have a literal application to tell us when someone rings the door). We actually like their food, but we're NEVER ordering again from this place, when you got a guy like that managing your food. I don't get food here often but when I do, it's hot and sour soup every time. It isn't great but it's the best I can find that's a block away! Their dumplings aren't bad either. Unfortunately, I can't speak for any other dishes. I can't remember what I've had... What a shame. They're open until 11 pm and have even allowed me to order at that time as well when I forgot and went in anyway. Albeit, it was just hot and sour soup... If your customer service skills aren't up to par please get it together because if I have to explain 3 times what I wanted and you still dont understand that's a problem. Then I wanted something different beef and broccoli with plain lo mein, no rice, no French fries plain lo mein. Most of the time I love this place for fast, simple homestyle Chinese food. Nothing fancy, just good. Most of the time its not greasy either. Fast delivery, and they are very polite. I love their bean curd dishes. String beans. Hunan chicken. Decent vegetable egg rolls too. Even the made for Americans Vegetable Egg Foo Young. Only twice in 5 years have the made an error in my order. (Better record that any of the other places I order from in the neighborhood.) The evening cook, is much better than the day time cook. I'm not a Chinese food lover, but I do like a few items on their menu. Usually I call an order for delivery. When they answer the phone and I start placing my order they're rushing me off the phone after I say a large broccoli with garlic sauce or whatever I happen to be ordering. Most of the time I order at least 5 different items, but after I say my first item they say ok is that it? I ask " Don't you want me to order more food". It's just so annoying. read more

I never really appreciated the customer service and cleanness from this place. The delivery people aren't nice and very irrate. Including the people at the counter who take orders. They don't take any of their customers time and orders seriously unless you're one of the new gentrifier in the neighbor then they make sure to smile and call you Ms. or Sir with a smile. Since the area is predominantly black they assume nothing but the worst and treat everyone (black) like trash starting from the looks they give us to the way they talk to us.
