When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I took my truck in to diagnose for an ac evaporator failure. There vacuum test pass so then they…read morerefilled my Freon and sent me on my way. I paid for the Freon gas that had a fluorescent dye in case it leaks the next day. The next day my refrigerant was empty again and I took it back and they found the leak behind my dashboard. Which meant the whole dashboard needed to be taken off to replace the AC evaporator. They gave me their bid and a turnaround time of about a week since they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of that they found that my brake pads needed to be replaced which i let them replace. Overall I didn't go with them for the ac evaporator job since I found another shop that was cheaper and gave me a faster turn around time, however I felt that they were honest and genuinely tried to help me. Nothing bad to say about this shop.

I had previously taken the van to the dealership, where the spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced, but the misfire was still not resolved. Alexander performed a thorough diagnostic and correctly determined that the fuel injectors were causing the problem. He replaced the injectors and used dealer-level Mercedes diagnostic equipment to properly code and program them to the vehicle. We also discovered significant carbon buildup on the intake valves, which is common on direct-injection engines. Alexander had the proper walnut-blasting equipment and performed an intake-valve carbon cleaning. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Mercedes vehicles, advanced computer diagnostics, fuel-injector programming, and direct-injection systems. Remember to always ask if bringing in your own parts is okay, because not all shops will allow it and not all shops will warranty the part/labor either. You must respect what the shop says/does.

This convinced me to try them out and I am so happy I did! They absolutely deserve their streak (now 77) of 5-star reviews. I had been looking to fix the TPMS on my 2012 Toyota Rav4 for over a year and had been turned off by the estimates I received from the Toyota dealership and Pepboys, my two go-to options for the maintenance and repair needs for my two old cars (I also have a 2008 Toyota Yaris). I felt the price quoted to me was not worth the value of having working TPMS sensors, so I was just resigned to having the TPMS lights turned on for as long as I had the vehicle (which I intend to keep for life). For some reason, I thought I'd give it one last try and I found GTS on Yelp. They were very responsive when I first asked for an estimate and it was much, much lower than what Toyota and Pepboys quoted. So I went ahead with the service, and when they found out that one of the sensors was still working, they told me it didn't need to be replaced and thus brought down the cost even more. They worked on it very quickly so I was able to just wait in their very comfortable and air-conditioned lounge until they were done. I was extremely happy with my overall experience! I believe they also do other auto repair and maintenance work so I will try those out in the future. If the service they provide on those is the same level as what I got on my TPMS repair, then they will have my business on my two old cars for life!
