After visiting two Honda dealerships in RI, my teenage daughter and I drove to Empire in Fall River to see a pre-owned Civic. We immediately felt the difference at Empire. Preston, our salesman and Joe, the GM, were respectful, kind, engaged and willing to make a deal for us. They even "went the extra mile" by delivering us the car the same evening. Empire's pricing, the attentiveness of the staff and close proximity to RI should be seriously considered by all Rhode Islanders in search of a new vehicle. It would be cool if they could pay off my trade-in sometime soon. Apparently 30 days for a pay off is normal, but it has not been my past experience at Tarbox Hyundai when i bought my 2 cars from them so I'm not sure what Empire's issue is. I'm so mad at myself for not going to Tarbox. So, this week I'll be making a payment on a car that was traded in a month ago as well as making a payment on my new car because Empire refuses to tell me when they will be blessing me with a payoff to my prior finance company because a 30 day late isn't cute on your credit report when you're trying to rebuild your credit. They clearly think their job is done when you drive off a lot but as far as I'm concerned until the sales agreement has been fulfilled (i.e. trade-in paid off) they aren't done so it would behoove them to um...finish! I've asked my sales person twice for information on when the pay off will occur and I've asked someone who called me about my registration. No response. I spent a total of 45 minutes on hold and being disconnected today trying to reach someone - had to leave a message (that has yet to be returned!!). Despite my less than stellar experience I wasn't going to even write a review but getting woken up at 4:00 am while on a business trip to collection calls just seemed like an awesome experience worth writing about. Update: Today, I was able to actually get an answer regarding my pay off because...well I was at the dealership and they had no choice but to answer me. I was told by the general manager that they do not pay cars off before the new car has been registered. WTF? LMAO. Is this an Empire Hyundai thing? A Massachusetts dealer thing? I asked him why didn't someone just tell me that so I could've made a payment to the old finance company to avoid a late fee and collection calls and he tried to tell me they didn't know I had a tax block as if that was a barrier to providing basic customer service. I tell him that's not true and that when they called to tell me about the tax block I asked about my pay off and was told they would look into it and get back to me (no one did of course). I swear, I feel like I'm a bill collector trying to collect a debt from Empire. They are over here refusing to take my calls, disconnecting me, not returning messages and making up different excuses for why they haven't paid the car off. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PAY OFF THE DAMN CAR OR GIVE IT BACK AND WE CAN ALL GO ON TO LIVE OUR LIVES. I cancelled my 1k mile service appointment for next week. This is the worse place to buy a car. The car salesmen are nothing but the biggest crooks and liars I have ever met. I have no respect for these people and will make sure I tell everyone not to buy a car from them. They coerced me into buying another vehicle when I was wasn't ready to buy another one. I was paralyzed with fear when I tried to walk out. They raised their voices at me. I was alone in an office with three big bullies leaning over at me. Scum of the earth. Now I'm under water because I got rear ended and had to buy another car. These assholes took the last couple of payments of my car and added it onto the lousy new car they bullied me into buying. My experience with Empire Hyundai was horrendous. We made a same day appointment to look at a car, but when we got there several hours later, they had sold the car and did not let us know. We found a similar model and were able to work through a deal with that. The man in finance was wearing his mask below his nose and ended up taking it off. It took a week to be able to pick up my car and the days between there were filled with calling, leaving my number, and not hearing anything back. Their communication was horrible. They asked me for paperwork items at the last minute that held things up at the end. It was not a good experience. read more

LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. My boyfriend and I were looking to trade in his car. A friend referred us to this dealership. Since we live over an hour away he called first and spoke to an employee, and gave a full description of the car he wanted to trade in. She promised him a price that he decided was fair, and said to come in and ask for the manager Mike. Once we arrived a salesman took us in, said we could not speak to the manager, and he would take care of us. He gave us a figure 8 grand less than the price we were promised and after taking up an hour of our time, walking back and forth from the managers office, still wouldn't budge. Threatened to make an issue with my car worse because I asked why they didn't check their work before handing over my car after a minor repair. The repair wasn't done or improperly done. I will be contacting corporate about this issue. You're service manager "J" shouldn't have anything to do with working with the public. This does not deserve a star but since there's no option......This has to be the WORST businesses that I've ever seen. We found a car online. We confirmed the night before that they had the car on their lot and received 2 email confirmations AND pics the next morning confirming our appt with sales rep. There were only stock photos on line when we made our inquiry. After asking, the rep said he took photos and sent them to us. We drove two hours to see this car. When we arrived, they said that the person we communicated with was a Business Development Rep who ONLY works the on line inquiries. We had another young rep speak with us. The car was in fact not on their lot and was told that it was at their Swansea location. We could not find that they have a Swansea location. We then pushed for the general manager for more information. He claimed that he didn't know why that would happen and that the car was at the BMW dealership being serviced and that he would call us later in the afternoon. They clearly were doing a bait and switch and I would highly recommend you avoid this dealership at all cost. The inside of the dealership was filthy. The office chairs were held together by duct tape. If you can't receive great service during the "honeymoon Phase" of buying YOUR new car, can you image the service once you say "I DO"? I use my vehicle for work and because of high mileage I need to purchase a new vehicle every three years or so. This was my first time buying from Empire Hyundai and I have got to say it was my best car buying experience to date. My sales person John Kenepp was very helpful and I couldn't be more pleased. For me, purchasing a vehicle is not a lot of fun. I usually leave the dealership feeling like I got taken somehow. They'll write 3 shilll great review to try and bury this one. I had never bought a new car in my life and this was my first attempt at it. I knew that I was going to face high pressure sales but these people went above and beyond! I had done my homework and knew the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I emphasized repeatedly that I did not want gamesmanship and only wanted to know the bottom line. They could, apparently, not get past their usual way of doing business and kept asking me what I wanted to pay a month. I could not get them off this tactic. When I pointed out that the ad quoted a certain price, they basically admitted the bait and switch and continued with the onslaught of sales pressure. At one point, they wanted me to write them a check to show my "good faith"! Two days after I had left, the GM, Paul, called me and flat out lied to me, offering me a price on a GLX Tucson that was, in actuality, a GL. I mean, flat out lied. All I had to do was check the inventory on the web site to find out the truth. In short, the worst! I'm actually glad that I went to Empire Hyundai first as they were so obviously over the top with the BS that every other place that I went to was a breath of fresh air. read more

Empire Hyundai is in the business of screwing over customers more than helping them find a car. I went there with a specific car in mind, that I had called and asked about, and was assured it is in the lot ready to be shown. Once I arrived there I was greeted by an associate who insisted that instead of looking at the car I arrived for I should let him run my credit and let him tell me what's best for me... After realizing that my car is I'm fact not at that location, they directed me to the location it was at, and said my test drive would be driving it back. We agreed upon a fair price for the car, and at the last second they tried pilling up enough fees to bring the price back to what they wanted the whole time. I got a long run around saying they refuse to tell me any financing options over the phone, and also was told if I tried to get financing elsewhere the deal was off. Finally a man named Andre, who claimed he was the financed manager but was actually the sales manager, told me I have no option about the fees, and that call ended with him literally hanging up on me after rudely saying "The deal is back up to the original price plus the fees." I don't know much about business but this is no way to treat a potential customer. I reached out to Casey, the store manager, to inform her of the unprofessional, shady, and fraudulent employees she employs and it took me 4 times trying to reach out to her before I finally spoke with her! Her response to my 4th call was, oh yeah I remember hearing about this... I left 2 messages for her not even 36 hours prior. It's clear to me she was going to ignore my complaint. At this point in waiting her response, but I'm not holding my breath. She will not contact me, and they will continue to run a business full of crooks. read more

And I'd like to notify all good hardworking people of a situation that occurred recently at this dealership.My good friend was left hanging, lied to repeatedly, and given a car with a promise to keep her payments somewhere near what she had said she could afford! This woman is a hard working single mom that didn't deserve the kind of manipulation ( mental ownership ), which is allowing the customer to take the car without a signed POS from the dealership in the hopes that they will not want to give it back and ultimately succumb to paying more than they know they can afford. Both the dealership and the salesman benefit from this practice. Today, 5 days later, the dealership ruined her day but more importantly her confidence and self worth by insulting her with a price more than $200 more a month than she had agreed on a worthless non binding POS. As a former special finance car salesman, I know how manipulating, and dishonest I was just to earn a minimal commission. I ultimately decided that I could no longer be a scumbag that intentionally took advantage of people and left the business after a few years of successful sales. The information this friend was given was completely wrong. "Oh, we have to wait till the banks open". These banks work every day and the Salesman Dreux, which Im not sure how you pronounce,obviously doesn't care about keeping customers and starting an honest relationship with my friend at least.Dreux or whatever your name is, shame on you and I hope that you have at least a shred of dignity and compassion to go to your manager and get this friend, who works with Developmentally Disabled Adults, finding them jobs and helping them become independent members of society closer to her agreed upon payment. Maybe even research some pre owned vehicles on your lot that may work with her situation. Amateur hour at Empire by putting her in the wrong car to begin with. Bought a car here in July of 2020, and ended up selling it recently in January. Was sold a useless extended service plan contract that was almost $3,000 when the car already has a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. Met the finance manager Jason Silva on January 22, 2022 to sign the paperwork to cancel my Wheel & Tire, GAP insurance, and Extended service plan contracts. I had forwarded him the letter from the bank stating the loan was paid off in full on Friday February 18, 2022 and received no response. I called the Portfolio Group that the contracts were with to confirm if the contracts were canceled. I spoke with Cyndi on February 21, 2022 from Portfolio Group and she stated they were not canceled even though I signed the paperwork a month ago. So I ended up calling into Empire Hyundai and spoke with Trevor Torres the General Manager on February 21, 2022 stating how Jason never replied to confirm he received the document I sent and how the Portfolio Group confirmed the contracts were not canceled even though I filled the paperwork out a month prior. After I made the phone call to Trevor, Jason had replied stating he "got it. Thank you." and then I asked if the refund checks for the canceled contracts will be backdated to January 22, 2022 since that is when I originally filled out the cancellation paperwork. It is now Thursday February 24, 2022 and he still has not answered me. I just called in to try and get into contact with him and the receptionist put me on hold for almost 10 minutes just to tell me he was "with a customer". I then called Portfolio Group again on 02/24/2022 and spoke with Hayley and she stated the Gap insurance was canceled January 31, 2022 even though I signed the paperwork on January 22, 2022. They waited 9 days to file it. However, Hayley stated the extended service plan and the wheel and tire contract have not been canceled as of yet even though I signed the cancellation paperwork the same day 01/22/2022. I should be owed a refund back to the date the documents were originally signed because this is ridiculous. I wish it was possible to leave no stars as a review because that is all this place deserves. I will be sure to never do business with this dealership again because the customer service here is horrible. This place is an absalute joke. First our sales person was very unknowledgable. Which meant everytime we asked a question he took off for 15 minutes to go ask. What fun. So the manager comes over and asks what monthly payments i want. i stated i know how much i want to spend not monthly payments. So he asks are you trading. I said well i have read reviews and the complaints are you roll trades in with price of car. I am not upside down so i want to seperate transactions. He assured me that that is for people who are upside down on there loan. The service center is great and took care of my Hyundai Santa Fe several times. However, the sales department is the opposite end of the spectrum. I was looking to trade in my Hyundai for another hyundai and they said my suv was worth maybe 4 grand. I know it's worth much more by Kelly blue book. They weren't willing to even try to make a good sale. I ended up going to central group of Norwood and they gave me top kelly blue book value and now I'm driving an amazing brand new vehicle. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews of this dealership on various sites - a simple google search will tell you all you need to know. So here is my story, which seems all too common. They were advertising a sale and we went in to check it out. We decided that we were interested in a vehicle that had a sticker price of $14500. This deal was contingent upon them paying our trade off which should have been no problem given their "$5000 - Push, Pull or Tow!" sale. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then went into the office where the salesman walked up to the manager's desk and out to the lot about 5 times before we were told that it would be awhile and we should go wait in the waiting room for the repair shop. An HOUR AND A HALF later, we decided enough was enough and went to see the finance manager. We had already signed a sales agreement contingent upon a price of $14500. Imagine our surprise when he quoted us $18600. I was quite curious as to how this number came about and he accused me of "not understanding the numbers" (I'm an accountant). When I asked him to explain, he got a bit incredulous and told me he ADDED the $5000 that I was supposed to get for my vehicle to the price of the car. When factoring in the $4k I owed on the car, he told me he had "allowed" a $1k discount for me. Helluva deal. Jack up the price by $5k on a $5k off special. That's something akin to saying "half off double price - today only!". Suffice it to say, we got lucky and left without taking delivery of the vehicle. When I went back in to get my copy of the sales agreement, the sales manager acted like I was asking for his first born child. The sales person and General Manager admitted that they did not own or have the BWM convertible that they told me was on their lot the night before on a Sunday. I went there first thing Monday am so no time for them to have sold it. When I got there, they did not have it. They said that I could go to A BWM dealer and buy a 650I convertible. They offered to show us three mustang convertibles. Bait and switch should be on their sign between EMPIRE " WE BAIT AND SWITCH' to get you in here-sign. I have submitted a complaint to Auto Trader and the State. Hopefully something will shut this type of dishonest business down. Its sad that they contribute to the reputation that car dealers have. Stopped by this afternoon after receiving a flyer in the mail and thought I'd check them out to start exploring my options as the present lease on my VW CC was nearing completion. Several hours later I was out the door in a new Tuscon SE Plus SUV! Didn't plan on that! I felt comfortable and at ease after meeting manager Joe as he welcomed me and introduced me to Chris my salesperson who was awesome. I picked out my vehicle which was exactly what I was looking for, and after very little no-pressure negotiations they accepted my fair offer. They also arranged for the return of my other vehicle. I know everyone says this place is horrible because of the sales department but give the service folks a try. I dealt with Hector and the shop foreman named Mike. Hector was very cordial while checking me in and I felt at ease with his demeanor. Then there was Mike, I honestly feel he had my best interest in mind and did everything possible to help me with the issue I had. First time I felt like a mechanic wasn't trying to drag me over the coals. In my opinion both guys were genuinely there to help any customer that walked thru those doors. Responded to a cars.com ad for a used 2016 Sonata. Heard back from Brandie an internet sales rep within minutes. She confirmed the price, assured me there were no hidden charges, that it was a certified car and that since I had a two hour drive that they would hold the car until I got there. She told me I would be meeting with Eric and we confirmed an appointment. So far so good it seems. When I got there it turns out Eric didn't work that day and no one knew I was coming and the car wasn't on hold. Fortunately it was still there. I dealt with James who confirmed the price and went with me on a test drive. I liked the car so we sat down to work out a deal. Then the next surprise. You have to give them a credit card in order for the salesmen to present the offer to the sales manager. I did and then the sales manager came over and explained that the actual price was $803 higher because it was a certified car. I explained that both Brandie and James had assured me that there were no hidden charges. He tried to convince me tht it was a still a great deal. At athat point I decided I didn't wnt to give my business to a dealer who would pull a bait and switch like this. So, I wasted four hours of driving time but learded a lesson. Terrible service!!! Drove an hour to go see a car that they confirmed was there, we get there and the car was not there. The manager had taken the car. He brings it back for us to view and the car was a mess! It was filled with trash, it looked like he was living out of it for a week. Not to mention their prices on the website are misleading. They are all $2,500 less than what they actually are. Be aware of this misleading information. Apparently, their advertised price on their website takes into consideration that you are putting $2,500 down on the car so they take it off the total price for you already. When we bought the car, everything was great.... and then: My wife came in for an oil change on a 2015 Elantra with approximately 16,000 miles...we are the only owners of the car. The service manager stressed extra maintenance options for her to have done on the car. First was a tire rotation. This was a respectable offer and is consistent with the manufactures scheduled maintenance plan provided by the manufacturer in the car. She was then sold the biggest scam on earth. Your maintenance manager stated, that the manufacturer stated that she should have her fuel injector system cleaned. He even presented a sheet of paper with '15000 mile maintenance' on it which showed that a fuel injector cleaning was $150.00. This maintenance is not referenced in the manufactures maintenance guide... it is on a Dealership recommended maintenance list - for one purpose only sales growth in the shop. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Rob (maintenance manager) and asked if the maintenance was on the manufactures list, because if it was, then I was missing the new requirements from the manufacturer. He stated no. I asked where it came from he said it was a store recommendation that the techs believe is important. Techs do not have the authority to make a list. This list is a management level list. He stated that he explained to my wife that it was only recommended. I do not believe that. I believe there was more pressure as my wife and both daughters stated he really stressed it. I know high sales pressure and I know that it occurs in two places- car sales and car maintenance. There was no need at all to have the fuel injector cleaned on a car with less than 16,000 miles on it. There were no sputters, loss of fuel burn percentage, lag in the engine...none! These types of questions were not asked. Instead a low down sales technique to a woman with two kids coming in to get an oil change. Empire Hyundai placed a locally created sheet of paper in front of her, chose items from the manufacturer's maintenance for 15,000 miles and added a completely unnecessary maintenance item. A different occurrence I had with Empire Hyundai's repair shop was when I came in for an oil change for my wife's care and the maintenance manager came up to me with a filthy cabin air filter and stated that it needed to be replaced. I asked him how much and he stated about $55.00 'installed'...key word...'installed'...I should have caught onto that. I agreed as I figured that was the price of the filter. After I paid my bill, I looked at my price breakdown and almost threw up when I saw that the filter was about 25.00 and Empire charged my 30.00 to put it in...a one minute job for 30.00...what a joke! He pulled the dirty one out to show me it was dirty. If I would have said no, he would have put the dirty one back in and I could have went to the parts department myself and completed the job for less than half the price. I know Empire is in the business to make money, however with tactics and costs like this, you will soon be in the business of losing customers forever. Shame on me for the cabin filter event and shame on me again for ever asking my wife to come back for the oil change. I should have known better. I own two 2015 Hyundai Elantras. I bought one from Empire and one from Route 44 Hyundai in Raynem, Ma. I have all of my maintenance conducted at Route 44 for the vehicle purchased there and there are never any issues, up sales, or silly games. Effective immediately, all maintenance on the car I purchased at Empire will be shifting to Route 44. My Opinion: Empire Hyundai's practices, behavior, and tactics are disturbing, unfair, and most importantly unethical. I am not coming back. I am in the military and will never recommend this company to any of my many acquaintances or colleagues. I genuinely hope that the Better Business Bureau does everything they can to investigate and do what is right to expose these practices. I paid the price. I pray others do not. read more

Never again will I buy another car from this dealership. I bought a new 2015 Hyundai 2.0 limited back in July 2015 and I am still fuming over their deceptive sales tactics. I asked them three or four times how they got 55k for a 29k car and 6k negative equity trade in. They had this car on sale on their website for 29k (original MSRP was about 35k) and I had a gut feeling I should have took a screen shot of it and I never did. I did my research/math and knew my Cadi would have negative equity up to 6k if the lowest offer was given. I purchase cars every 2-3 years and this would be my 8th. I have never felt so stupid, used, and infuriated after closing a deal with them. I asked them several times "Please explain to me how you get 55k for a total cost" and every time, it would be a different run around story. They don't use a standard sales slip like most reputable dealerships. A reputable dealership will show you the COST of your trade in and break it out, for instance there will be three lines: what you have left on the loan to pay off (for example, I had 18k left on my previous loan to pay off), what the dealership will buy the car for and what you still owe after the dealer buys your car. They don't list trade in value which is crucial when dealing with numbers. They list the cost of your loan and how much you will own on your loan AFTER purchase and sales (which is another way for them to say "We paid your loan off", ok thats nice but how much did you give me for the trade in, to which they will reply "we paid your loan off".. for example, the loan i had was for 18k, so they kept saying "18k" instead of "we gave you x for your Cadillac... which a GM finally told me ) When you ask about this, they will tell you some answer about how if you have a huge negative equity problem, the loan company will not give you a loan so they need to add it into the cost of the car (generally where you see the MSRP cost of the car on the purchase and sales). I gave them a 1k immediate down payment and they tried to pressure me to give another 500 dollar check within 30 days. I said i would do it when i come in to get my inspection done and the car cleaned. At the end of three days I was infuriated because I still didn't have answers and asked them not to cash it because the whole thing was completely unethical with the way the sales slip was written out and how I still didn't know where this extra 9k came from and because I said that, I had a sit down with a manager who was trying to talk to me about the area i grew up in. I don't care about how you were from the same area. He too explain some run around about where this magical number came from. I said, "The internet sale was for 29k, the paper used during negotiation said the value of my trade in was 12k. That leaves me with 6k negative equity. I said I could afford 650 a month on a 5 year loan. When I got home, i saw this 84 month loan for 660 a month and still cant figure out 55k. Where is this 9k coming from" I went back into finance and AGAIN i had him explain where this new number was coming from. All they did was give me discounts on services. I went over the paper work and pulled numbers so many times to figure out why there was some extra 9k added to this loan I pulled the MSRP paper that's found on the window.. low and behold this little 5x3 piece of paper falls out that shows something about an extra 5k for services. My heart sank because I didn't make the connection between my sales rep stating "you get free oil changes and free 10 mile pick up if the car is stuck somewhere" and I remember saying "oh that's nice, too bad i only get synthetic oil changes and live all the way out in Bridgewater" he then suggested I work something out with service. I called the general manager, he said to come in and they'll work this out to see if there's any mistakes. I said the trade in was 12k, he corrected me that the trade in was for 9k. I wanted to cry.. I never went in because why would I sit there any get another run around where I feel stupid because I don't understand their math. I feel stupid. I've never been cheated like this before...*8* cars and I understood the math to ALL of them. I should have walked away... after 4 hours, wasting my time... it was 10PM by the time i left by the way... so yeah I also felt a little pressured to sign away because it was so late, i thought i was bothering people. I refuse to waste any more time driving down there to listen to their "explanations". TL:DR: Don't research their website, find the car you want for the "internet sale" price, go in with a car you already own that has negative equity and think you'll walk out with the numbers you already had calculated in your head including taxes/services/etc. They will NOT clearly explain how they got to the number they arrived at for a loan no matter how many times you ask. Not ok, find a reputable dealer that will clearly break the numbers out for you, this dealership will not. read more

A terrible experience. Read my open letter to Rick Torres, sales manager of Empire Hyundai. Mr. Torres: I'm just writing to let you know that your professional liars treated my wife and I like a couple of idiots this morning. We came in looking for a specific vehicle, and naturally your boy tried to upsell us to a car that was two years newer than the one we were looking at. I have no problem with this, and I appreciated being shown other alternatives for my money. Things went south after my wife and I test drove a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. It was at this point that things really turned a corner. Your sales representative asked me to "prove that I was a serious buyer" by giving him a blank check. When I said that wasn't going to happen, he said "Why not? Oh okay. Then how about your debit card or something," as if I would let a stranger walk away with my debit card. He then said he would settle for my cellphone to show his manager that I'm a serious buyer. This can't be for real. Do people actually fall for this? Now that I'm good and irritated from being treated like a chump, sales guy goes away and comes back with "tremendous news." Since he's my new friend he's going to sell me a car for 15k. That's right. 7k over the price advertised on the website. He's also going to give me 4k for my trade and when all is said and done, he's only going to charge me DOUBLE WHAT I JUST SPENT TWO HOURS TELLING HIM WAS MY MAX. We were prepared to walk away, when the "sales manager," who was probably just another momo in a suit came over like he's The Situation from Jersey Shore. He offered me 5k for my trade and said he would get us into the car for 179 a month. Again, we were more than clear about our price range, and that this exceeded what we were prepared to pay. LETS NOT FORGET THAT THIS ISNT THE CAR WE CAME TO LOOK AT. The Situation then insulted me by telling me that "I couldn't buy an Accent for 7k" as if my money wouldn't spend the same as anyone else's money might. On our way out the door, your "finance guy" (that's how he identified himself - as "duh finance guy") told us we would finance 9700 dollars. After a 5k trade-in and a 2000 down out of my pocket. On a car that your website advertises as 8999. Still not the car we came for, but nonetheless I am fuzzy on the math. 9700 + 5000 + 2000 = 8999? Are you fcuking kidding me with this? Your people never gave us a chance to consider the car that we drove an hour to look at. We were railroaded into something we didn't want, and now you get nothing. You could have had the easiest sale of your week, but instead you decided to greaseball it up. Way to go. As for your reputed satisfaction ratings, that's with the brand and not with your dealership. Don't confuse the two. You have a franchise. You don't control the product. Hyundai does. Anyway, thanks for the practice dealing with sihtbirds like you. I'm glad I decided to use your dealership and then throw you away like broken toys. I can't wait to tell ten million of my closest friends online what a bunch of scumbags your dealership is.
